I went in after skiing at the nearby resort and the workers were very polite and fast with my order. The beef was extremely flavorful and the portion size of the burrito is unlike any other place I've been to. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place as it is 100% authentic Mexican food and not your average TexMex place! I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Chatted with the owner a bit, it's a tiny place and it's clear he serves everything with pride and his own high standards. No sloppy or badly proportioned burritos. Fresh ingredients. First: The thing I cannot forget is the green tomatillo salsa. It's mild, and so good I could drink it. The owner makes the salsa from his own recipe, and I bought a pint of both of the red and the green to take home. This place is a solid 4 star spot. I love their steak quesadillas and their green salsa is the best I've ever had. My partner usually gets the breakfast burrito and it is HUGE. It comes with eggs, potatoes, chorizo, and cheese. Very yummy but a bit greasy for my taste.
