God! I wish I read the reviews before buying here… do not give them your money! Terrible service and quality of food! The shave ice is terrible!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS BUSINESS
IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN RUSHES US TO ORDER AND BARKS AT US WHEN 10 MINUTES LATER IS MAKING OTHER CUSTOMERS WAIT WHILE SHE GLAZES JNTO THE LAKE.After such a long time we were able to do a family trip together and the person working here absolutely ruined our day. I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this snow cone shop. The employee working there was shockingly rude and impatient. As soon as we approached the counter, she seemed annoyed and didn’t give us even a second to decide on our flavors. Her attitude was beyond disrespectful.To make matters worse, when we asked for a moment to make our choices, she flat out told us to leave if we couldn’t make up our minds right away, even though we paid already.
