“Had a wonderful dinner at Hazie’s! The ambiance was fantastic, warm and inviting. Our server Mason made the experience even better — attentive and personable, with spot-on menu recommendations. The chef came out personally to check on our meal and make sure we were well taken care of.

Food-wise, everything delivered. The Duck Carbonara was rich and savory, the squash blossoms and dumplings were a total flavor explosion, and the cauliflower was perfectly cooked with a sweet savory taste.

“Not a lot of tables in here and we definitely caught the lunch rush. The people running the little restaurant were very nice and we enjoyed the food. It's not cheap, but with four adults and only three entrees and a salad, we got literally two meals worth of food, each. Lots of leftovers.“

“Very authentic katsu curry and udon dishes. We tried both the pork and vegetarian korokke options and both were delicious. The curry comes at a standard spiciness level and you can shake on powdered chili from jars on the table to make it spicier. Enjoyed also the yuzu lemonade tea“

“Wanted to like this place more. Dosa Box is one of the ghost kitchens in San Mateo Food Mall. Ordered from the website for pick up. You get a text when it's ready, go inside and check in with the worker who is at the desk. They open the locker for you where the food is placed.

Our dosas were completely soggy. Would have been very good if it was still crispy. Although it makes sense that dosa would not be a good take out item. They could've poked holes in the box or put the masala potatoes separate instead of inside the dosa to maintain crispiness.

Also just a note if anyone was wondering, the masala dosa comes with sambar (since the menu is not clear about that).“

“We had reservations for six people. We were seated on the patio - beautiful views. The service was outstanding. Our party enjoyed burgers, soup, salad, tacos, pasta - all very good. It was a great place to enjoy the views and food, and have uninterrupted conversation.“

“I really enjoyed the vibe here. Perfect for a lunch date. You order your food, pay at the register, and they give you a number, and you can go sit wherever you want. They servers will find you. My lady and I sat upstairs. I ordered the Crisp Oven Fried Chicken Sandwich and my lady ordered the Roadt Chicken Apple Salad. I also was being a fat ass and ordered a huge chocolate chip cookie and a (I think it was a coffee cake or a crumble, my bad.) But it was good. The cookie was alright, I give the cookie a C but everything else was on point. Sit up stairs for the best ambience. We went around 1130 am.“

“I stopped at this restaurant due to the time I decided to find something to eat, as it was late and everything was closing for the evening. I stopped in and was greeted by the friendly staff, and the place was a little busy. I was able to get served for the time i had about a little over an hour before they closed. I was very limited on what I could order due to the gluten problem. but the server and staff was very helpful in finding dishes that I could get just had to leave out a few things to make it gluten free. it was a very good choice of what we came up with and everything turned out to be a success for a late night dinner. Thank you again guys for the help and the service. You guys are awesome. Stop and check this place out the food was full of flavor and the toppings on the side made for tasteful options to add for each bite.“

Their Tocino, Lugaw and Tokwat Baboy, Porkchops with Rice, Pinakbet with Bagnet and Chicken popcorn are Amazing.

Also, Mochi Donuts are Absolutely elite in quality, texture of mochi donut is superb.
