“I hadn’t been to J&J Bakery since they had changed ownership from Sanitary Bakery. After figuring out Starbucks coffee across the street prompts me stomach issues, I decided to give J&J Bakery a visit. Today, I got their coffee, cream, and sugar. I was impressed by the flavor and freshness of the coffee. Additionally I got me a sugar twist, an apple turnover, and a brownie. I took a bite of each before writing this review and they all taste better than anything I’ve had at Starbucks. It’s sad that by virtue of habit we go to corporation chain stores and never give the local moms and pops store a chance.I recommend this bakery for its coffee and pastries. Give it a shot instead of Starbucks. You won’t be disappointed.“

“These are the best tasting cupcakes I have ever had! So delicious seriously! Other “fancy” cupcake shops do not come close. I would break my keto diet to have one of these. I no longer live in their area but they are so good!“

“Have been coming to this place for delicious pastries for years, but today I came for their meatball sandwich on dutch crunch bread...and I loved every bit of it. They are very generous with their meatballs and cheese, and the bread was as fresh as you could get. Service was super friendly too, highly recommend.“

“Sweet Dreams made our wedding cake and cupcakes. They not only look beautiful, but are DELICIOUS!! one of our guests used them for their wedding as well after tasting them at our wedding. I have also brought their cupcakes to family events and to my office and they are always a huge hit! It’s hard to pick a favorite! Beat tasting cakes and cupcakes around!“

“Found this place looking for Filipino food on Google maps. What a unique little cafe! the bibingka style cupcakes are really yummy. The dough is very soft, moist, and spongy, quite different from your typical cupcake. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from, and they make them fresh daily. We really appreciated they are overly sweet, while the flavors still stand out. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Ube coffee we had. The next day we went back to get a whole box for the whole family, it was a hit!“

“Great selection of pastries. Grab a tray and go nuts- everything is fresh and reliably good. Sweet buns are a special experience in subtlety. Coffee is just ‘fine’, as it should be for this establishment- it’s not some ‘3rd wave coffee shop’ or whatever. Glad to have discovered this excellent bakery.“

“Steady line outside the door but it goes by fairly quickly. The smell out the door is all the motivation you need to stay in line, and trust me, the pastries do not disappoint! All the pastries were good but my favorites would have to go to the Kouign Amann and plain 'ole croissant.“
