“They have great food and a fantastic venue to listen to quality musicians! I was there last night with my husband. We got to hear Kenny Metcalf perform Elton John’s Deep Cuts. It was SO good! Kenny Metcalf performed songs I have only heard on Elton John’s albums. I’m so delighted I got to see this particular show!! WOW! It was off the charts musically and Kenny is such a talented singer and musician. When I closed my eyes I thought Elton was singing. The band was amazing too. That guitar player that I don’t remember his name, played a few solo guitar riffs that had everyone in the room clapping. The sold out venue was electric with the sound of Elton John’s deep cuts that I would never have heard live. So amazingly well done!!!! I left with a big smile on my face. I’m going to tell all my friends about Campus Jax….“

“Started the new year off here with an early pre-dinner outing. Hostess was kind and welcoming. Georgina was an excellent server with great recs. Bartenders made the drinks just right, not too strong and not too juice forward. Fried olives were tasty! Not too loud inside. Lighting was okay. Not too dim. Such a neat experience!“

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“

“The girlfriend and I just moved here and checked this place out as it was close to home and had great reviews.

I had the smash burger and she had the chicken sandwich; both were delicious and the fact that they offer sweet potato fries is a plus. Extra points for the ranch, which was some of the best I’ve had and I never have ranch with anything.

Bartender didn’t have what I wanted but suggested an alternative and we both liked it.

The place is a vibe and definitely worth checking out.“

“The only really good “bar” in Anaheim. We were here with family for a week and this bar was my best find. Very cold pints of beer, clean lines and some premium tequila on their back bar. Didn’t play any of their pool tables but loved the bar and the bartender who was very welcoming. Everything was spotless despite being a dive bar.“

“Would recommend getting food elsewhere like Mike's but I've been coming here since 2014, it's my number one bar to chill and enjoy a couple rounds of billiards. If you're going to get a specialty cocktail, the Smoky Sparrow was really smooth and the aromatics were wonderful. “Literally all I’ve wanted in a bar. Low key, 80s - 2000s music along with their music videos on multiple screens. Kinda gothic look inside. Dj Grego putting out multiple fire tracks de rock en español that’ll have you dancing around all night long.. April’s gotcha on them waters quick! drink specials! A very chill AF vibe! “Love this place. It's a "jewel of the nile" dive bar when it comes to Beach Blvd. Gorgeous women and great service go hand in hand at the Green Girl! Mark this location on your map and stop by! I would recommend checking this place out if you like dive bars. I haven't tried any food from here so I can't rate it.
