“I’m on a Donut shop streak. So I’m trying different places to see them all. Came across this shop randomly. I’m pretty impressed with the Croissant looking donut with cheese and sugar. That was my favorite! Their filled donuts were great as well. Full of filling and definitely tasty. They need more selections though. But due to the tasty filled donuts and the cheesy sugary one, all in all this place earned a 5 star.“

“I drove a couple hundred miles for a donut…. Acrually a dozen but id of done it for a donut hole!!! I drive truck and on my way back from nevada with a load of hay and im always craving a donut… never met one i didnt like but when my maps app brought up sams and proclaimed them to be “The best donuts in Stockton” i said ill be the judge of that and you cant imagine just how difficult it is to get off the highway in a bigrig and find a donut shop then be able to get back to the highway and be on your merry way without your dispatcher or the owner jumping down your neck for not spending every precious second on them and there truck and load im hauling!!! When i get hungry i pull over and eat… these were not only the best donuts around but the gentleman that served me was great… the place was clean and to tell you the truth i remember back in the day how this part of town was and i was shocked to find it has improved a lot….. i will most Definately be back, soon too…“

“I think I found a winner! This shop is ran by some amazing people. Very friendly & laid back atmosphere. The Donuts are superb! Soft, flavorful, and the prices are great! You guys deserve 5 stars for sure! Come check this place out! Show them some love for the Donuts made with love. Just make sure to call if you go around noon in case they sold out of Donuts!“

“I believe they have new owners now. It’s been a while since I’ve been there so not sure when the change took place but the two ladies today were friendly and polite. The donuts are still very good but now 15$ a dozen so a bit more expensive than I remember but everything else costs more these days too. I would recommend them and will be returning.“

“I stop by here every Thursday and the Donuts are some of the best.I am sorry to say that I stopped by Star donuts last Thursday to a sign on their door that they lost their lease and they will be closing after 27 years of service. The owners are going to retire 😔 and I wish them a happy retirement and I will miss their donuts. The owner said that they are putting a sandwich shop there. Good luck!“

“These are the BEST APPLE FRITTERS I've ever had in my life. We got 2 and drove 2 blocks took a bite and had to turn back around and get 14 more to take back home in oregon! 20 out of 10 recommend! The woman and the young man were very friendly and sweet! Thanks yum yum!!!“

“Great, little known, donut shop. Get there early on a weekday & you can have your pick. Their pastries are sooo good and the folks that own the shop & work there are so friendly. I would definitely recommend them more except I don’t want to have a bunch of donut munchers buying them out and leaving me empty handed.😉“
