“Kids are craving donuts on a late Sunday afternoon. Impressive moist soft donuts and not overly sweet 10/10. Mango smoothie is 9/10. Can't wait to try other flavors. This is the only boba place I can find in Galt. New favorite donut spot for sure!“
“I live in Sacramento, but come to the Elk Grove area often and have tried a few different donut shops, but there haven't really been any that have stood out...until Elk Grove Donuts! My daughter and I like to pick up donuts when we are headed over to see my parents. She loves their glazed donuts and glazed donut holes, and I am obsessed with their maple old fashioned donuts! It doesn't matter if it's a weekday or a weekend, they are usually always busy. If you go into the store, you will most likely be waiting in a line, but I promise you, it's worth the wait! You can also place an order on DoorDash, which we will occasionally do. However, if the store is very busy, they may not accept the order. Either way, if you're in the area, give them a try - they also have breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and other drinks!“
“I was craving donuts the other day and headed out just after 6 am to the shop near my house but there were so many people there I could not find a spot to park. I continued down the road and saw J&D just a few blocks away. There were also a good amount of people there but they have a much larger parking lot so I was easily able to find a spot. The shop was well lit and has some tables inside. There were a few gentlemen having coffee and donuts. The display was full of freshly made donuts but I would recommend coming early because it was before 6:30 and some of the favorites were already dwindling. The staff was attentive and grabbed everything I asked for quickly. With tip I paid $14 for 7 donuts. The fritters were a little oily but still delicious and there were no complaints about any of the others. The raspberry filled and old-fashioned maple were delicious! I would definitely come back here again.“
“We love this place. They have a very large selection of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The food always tastes fresh and the woman who works there (sorry, don't know her name) is always very friendly. Yes, it's a small and older shop as others have pointed out, but I don't go there for the decor.“
