KFC

Just went after work. I was just looking to buy a meal and use a coupon with my purchase. The lady with the nose ring who took my order was very rude. She made a comment to one of the workers by the window about my coupon saying "these n****s always using coupons". She also gave me the wrong drink but I was too upset to even say anything. I can't believe she made such insensitive comment.

I don't eat KFC all the time and I work across the street. I went there to get my lunch around 7pm monday and just now able to eat it on my way home from work at 10:30pm And I take a bite out of my potatoes and there's a hair in it. Just like every other food chain. Everyone has to have their hair up. So why doesn't the KFC Workers not wear their hair up? I know I'm never gonna get my money back. And so I'm not gonna be returning back to this KFC.

This review is not food related, but I just have to say that I am blown away by the customer service and the thoughtfulness of their employee Angie. My grandmother visited this location and went inside to order and she had accidentally left her cane here. Without realizing she went home and forgot all about it. The following day my grandmother found the cane sitting in her driveway with a note on it saying she had forgotten it at KFC. Angie went completely out of her way to drop...read full review
