The cashier was awesome! Very friendly & personable. Helpful & professional. The food was less than satisfying. That being said, I have a real pet peeve about places that use what I consider "garbage lettuce" on their sandwiches & burgers. You know the stuff, that hard, inedible piece. Seriously, it's 1 = 2 pieces a head, throw it away. I bit into my chicken sandwich & it snapped, so loud, I thought I broke a tooth. I threw that piece away. The next bite was the same. They don't have counter service anymore. The gal at the counter was directing people to use the new kiosk and order for themselves but not offering to show anyone how to do it. I'm pretty computer savvy and still had trouble navigating the system. After placing my order, which probably took 2 or 3 minutes longer than it should have, I saw that at least half a dozen people came in, got frustrated, and left. It's really not a great experience.

What is the difference between Wendy's and the other Burger chains? I'll tell you every once in awhile I want something different or lighter so I get a baked potato and sometimes I'll get a chili bowl with it I really like those two items it's a lot better than having a hamburger although I love Wendy's burgers also but it's nice to have some place you can get something that's not on any other menu and any of the other places like the potato and the chili anyway that's about all...read full review
