“On my first visit, I was welcomed by Salim (the owner) with a friendly handshake. I tried the combo kabobs, and the quality of the ingredients stood out immediately. The kabobs were tender and oozing with juice, with just the right amount of char and smokiness to bring out their depth and flavor. The salad was crisp and very watery. The hummus was light, silky, and delicate without too much seasoning. I also liked how the rice was light — not too salty or buttery like some places.

My Arnold Palmer was refreshing and not overly sweet. Everything felt intentionally flavored to offer impact without that heavy, overwhelming feeling afterward. After a hearty meal, I felt light and satisfied. Really happy with this spontaneous find, and I’ll definitely be back to complete their entire menu.“

Came here on a suggestion from a friend who's very sensitive to gluten. She could literally eat anything on the menu she was overwhelmed for the first time in ages!

Reasonably priced considering the food and atmosphere.

Food was excellent, the garlic bread was incredible!

I got the chicken and beef shawarma plate as a main dish. I loved the chicken it was juicy and flavorful. The shawarma, was a little over done on the spices but the meat was insanely tender.

We also had the garlic sauce, only get that if you love garlic otherwise it'll be too much.

For dessert I got their huge cookie which was really good!

I don't usually like gluten free food, but this spot nailed it perfectly, would recommend even to non gluten folks.

Atmosphere is beautiful, it definitely feels like you're somewhere else once you're inside or even in their outdoor area.

Staff was very friendly and more than helpful!

“Situated in a run-down mini mall with difficult parking, one might easily bypass Carousel unless one already knew its reputation and was specifically looking for the restaurant. For starters, we tried the hummus, Baba Ganoush, and Falafel (with pita bread). All some of the best we have every eaten. This was followed to Chicken Kabob and Lamb Kabob plates with rice and salad. Dessert was Basma topped with ice cream. Wonderful. All dishes were excellent and good portion sizes. Service was quick and attentive. Food arrived reasonably quickly. Decor was suitably Lebanese. A good place for business or social meals. I hope to definitely eat here again.“

I have been coming here for years and can attest to how delicious and fresh everything here is. I have the pleasure of meeting the owner today, Peter, who showed me all around the different aisles and gave me advice on how to prep Everything for it to taste the best. You can just tell that all the food is made with so much love and intention. The prices are so reasonable for the quantity and quality of food that you’re getting. “I've eaten here twice now. First time ran in and ordered a Falafel with Hummus and Tabuleh. It was so delcious - some of the best I have ever had. Came back for lunch with mu huband for lunch and he had a Schwarma salad. It was also delicious. The garlic sauce and home made bread served with salad was amazing. Will go back again and even go out of my way to enjoy this specail little spot.“

“I’m a shawarma expert—I’ve eaten it almost everywhere in the world, including London and Germany—and nothing compares to this shawarma. There’s a place in the Middle East famous for excellent shawarma that Arabs travel from all over to visit, and this one beats it. I’m shocked at how good it is. “Atmosphere was dark but I think shades were down to maybe protect against afternoon sun. I did not dine in, but quite a bit of people were dining in with family.

Food was actually better quality than the sepulveda/santa monica location. Staff were busy so not much time to socialize/connect, but staff seemed thorough and punctual.
