“GEM!!! I accidentally stumbled across this place tonight and could not be happier. Robert, the owner, is providing some of the hands down best customer service I have experienced in awhile. Laughing and felt very welcomed while I waited.
However , that’s does not solely get 5 stars so let me rave about the quality and taste of the dishes we got.

Beef shawarma- pita is toasted to a perfect crunch filled with very tender meat. It is not overly saucy like some places. My mom LOVED LOVEd this. I’m usually not a bred girl- but I wood rose it again.

Chicken kabobs with rice- super delicious and tender. Seasoned perfectly and even the rice was cooked and seasoned just rice. Garlic sauce was amazing.
Kafta kabob was also delicious and very tender.

“Excellent food and exceptional service, though the setting wasn’t quite for me.

We ordered generously for two: the mixed grill platter for two, an extra order of lamb chops, and hummus with pita bread. It was quite a feast, and the food was delicious.

The kebabs were wonderfully seasoned—aromatic, tender, and juicy. The lamb chops were another highlight, with a beautifully seared exterior and a tender, succulent interior. The hummus and pita rounded out the meal nicely.

The service was every bit as impressive. Our server was attentive, considerate, and professional, making us feel well cared for throughout dinner. The meal certainly wasn’t inexpensive, but I felt the quality of the food and service justified the price.

Despite those positives, I probably wouldn’t return. That may sound surprising, but the location and atmosphere play a significant role in where I choose to dine. I would have enjoyed the experience more in a quieter, better-kept surrounding area, with a brighter and more thoughtfully styled interior. At this price point, I also feel it’s reasonable to expect a more visually appealing setting—somewhere I can appreciate the surroundings while relaxing and enjoying dinner.

This is simply my personal preference. I left satisfied with the meal and genuinely impressed by the hospitality; the setting just didn’t make it a place I would choose to revisit.“

“Our waiter gave us all of his favorite recommendations as well as the restaurant’s best sellers from each section of the menu. Family style is the best way to go. We ordered a little bit from each section and enjoyed every bite of it :)!“

“Such a delicious experience. We weren't sure where to have dinner and didn't particularly want to drive. We looked around our hotel and were pulled in by the aroma at TABL M. The food was amazing and the team of Mona and Joe made us feel welcome and appreciated. They were so gracious helping us navigate the menu and choose outstanding dishes which hit all the right notes. We are going back tomorrow for lunch.“

“I’m from Dearborn Michigan,(middle eastern capitol of America) and this tastes exactly like home. Fattoush dressing was perfect, the hummus and tabouli were fabulous. The steak kababs 🤌🏼 the only thing was the chicken Shawarma sandwich had a sauce I didn’t like or have tasted before. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of- but the chicken was cooked perfectly in it“

“I've been coming to the spot for probably over 10 years and the experience overall has been solid. The owners are always really polite, the food is put together ridiculously fast, and the flavors are pretty familiar and flavorful as you would expect from Mediterranean food. I will say, that perhaps there's a little bit of shrinkflation because most restaurants, the portions just seem a little smaller. I think for this cafe, everything is pretty much the same with high quality hummus, tasty rice, fresh salad, but I think the meat portions are a little smaller than I remember a year ago. Also, this round, my lamb skewers were a bit overcooked and on the dry side. But, perhaps this is just an anomaly for this visit. I'm going to try again probably this month!“

“Came to Carousel with a party of 9. Our table was waiting on arrival and the staff was fantastic especially given our time constraints. We let them know we had to be out the door in 90 minutes for a show and they ensured we were fed a feast with time to spare. We did the family style - Hollywood Feast which was a lot of fun. The Hollywood Feast will leave you with days of leftovers which we are now enjoying. Would recommend family style for large groups. All the food was great, everyone agreed the chicken stood out as superb, very juicy and tender. Definitely coming back.“

“I've eaten here twice now. First time ran in and ordered a Falafel with Hummus and Tabuleh. It was so delcious - some of the best I have ever had. Came back for lunch with mu huband for lunch and he had a Schwarma salad. It was also delicious. The garlic sauce and home made bread served with salad was amazing. Will go back again and even go out of my way to enjoy this specail little spot.“
