50 Best Salad Restaurants near Sun Valley

“Was driving in Sunland last night and saw this restaurant beside a gas station. After my errand, I called them and placed an order for a chicken kabob plate. Arrived early and the food came out after a little while. The plate came with your choice of two sides, a main carb, and the juiciest and perfectly cooked chicken kabobs. The serving is generous. The sides I got which are ikra and baba ganoush were also so good. It also came with pita bread. Soooo good and will definitely be back!“

“I have accidentally stumbled upon this awesome place. Let first say this, the staff is fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, outgoing, fun, and very knowledgeable about their menu. The food is amazing. I had their new Sweet Chili Crunch Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious beyond words. I definitely recommend this place. Overall 10/10. Definitely coming back here.“

“Fantastic food with a wide range of healthy choices that can be heated up in store if you sit and eat. Friendly staff, fast service and great prices. I love this place and have not had a bad meal yet. Its amazing that this place is never busy or packed especially since its on the smaller size, though there is outdoor seating on the side.“

“Has a lot of potential. The sandwich ingredients are great, overall concept is better than other places. The taste is mostly there but overpowered by the unnecessarily massive amounts of sauce that squirts out and drips everywhere when you have a bite. Maybe they were going for juicy but it was too much. I used about five napkins cleaning up.

Opinions differ on how much sauce is good but I'd say the vast majority of people would agree. The owner should test his own food and come up with a slightly different ratio of sauce.

I will still go back and try something else but I'll make sure to request slightly less sauce.“

“My first time here. The salad was great. I don't like the fact that I felt like my salad was thrown at me and I also received the wrong order. There were 2 Rebeccas. But again, the salad was delicious and it was a nice portion. I can compare Chop Stop to Simply Salad; they just don't have the ingredients at the front counter and they are more affordable than simply salad. I spent 22.00 here. At SS I ways spent 32.00+ With that being said, I will definitely go back on a regular basis.

Staff is always friendly, welcoming, efficient! Ambience is clean, minimalist, modern. Great place for a quiet retreat and a refreshing healthy meal. “This is my absolute favorite place to get Lebanese and Armenian food that tastes exactly like my grandma‘s home cooking. I have been coming here for years and can attest to how delicious and fresh everything here is. The hand made Tortillas are the best in Los Angeles, loved the mole, I had the chile relleno, and it was an amazing vegetarian option for me. Service was so warm and friendly. I LOVE smoothies. I mean, I had Jamba Juice on my way to give birth to my kid. 😂 That’s how much I love smoothies.

With that said, as someone who was a loyal Jamba Juice customer for over 10 years… after discovering Dr. Juice, I haven’t been back to Jamba Juice since.

We didn’t care for the Spicy Tuna Tempura roll, and when we let our waitress know, she was very understanding and took it off the bill. The service overall was great. “We have been meaning to try Hail Mary for awhile now and finally ordered online for pickup. The food was ready fast. It was delicious and packaged well for the ride home. The gentleman that greeted us made sure the order was complete prior to me leaving. We’ll be back!“

“We were in town from Palm Springs for the day and went to Little Goat after finding it online. One of the best spur of the moment stops ever - we absolutely loved the pizza and the service was phenomenal, super sweet server. We ordered two pizzas - margarita and the chef’s special apple/walnut/kale/caramelized onion/goat cheese. They were both amazing! We eat a lot of pizza and definitely have a new top favorite. Outdoor seating has both stellar views and people watching; there is a cute patisserie down the street that’s an amazing desert stop for the perfect date night; we will definitely stop by next time we are in town! “What a Great Find! First time there and Junior took time to explain the whole menu to us. He also prepared the Delicious meal! We tried the chicken kabob, Shawarama, rice, Mediterranean salad, and hummus with pita bread. Fantastic meal!!! We also watched him prepare a Wrap which was Huge. We definitely be back!!! This great little place is located in the CVS shopping center on Hollywood Way and Verdugo.“

The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“

“Every Table meal subscription is amazing. Delicious, healthy foods at a very fair price. 5 dinners only $38. The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“

I came here because this coffee shop donates parts of their profits to an organization that supports immigrant families. Its a very noble thing to do. Owner was very nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. Place got a little busy when we were there but they were pretty organized for how busy they were. Coffee was delicious. I ordered a regular latte with whole milk and liquid sugar. Very good. The food was delicious too. I got the raspberry croissant and that was also a treat. I was shocked to find out that they use organic products as well, this is so rare to find nowadays. Living in Italy for many years I’ve struggled to find a pizzeria that matches the pizza I was used to eating. Every pizza I have eaten outside of Italy usually results in disappointment and left over dry crust. With this pizza I am left with happiness and the crust is just WOW, I crave more. Their khachapuri is the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share living in Glendale) and they have incredible salads (caprese really brings me back to Italy) and sandwiches (turkey is my go to) as well.
