The place is small and seating is limited. Let's fast forward to the food. We both got the OG tonkatsu ramen at a mild spice flavor and eggs rolls and spicy edemame. The eggs rolls weren't special, the edemame was really good. Now for the main ramen it was delicious. The broth was thick and flavorful, the meat was cut smaller than what I'm used to and it was definitely a plus. Overall I will definitely come here again when I'm in the city“

“I adore this neighborhood café. Their paninis are always delicious—perfectly toasted and full of flavor. The juices are incredibly fresh, my personal favorite is the beet drink called The Midnight. Everything is reasonably priced. Great food, great drinks, such a nice local spot. UPDATE::: Look at that beautiful avo toast 😍 no skimping on the serving, and the za'atar sprinkling is genius. Check out the caesar salad, crisp lettuce, look at those bright, fresh toppings. Love it all!“

“I found this place on Google and decided to check it out because it was across the street from where I had a couple of hours to kill. There is more than enough parking in their lot but I’m not sure if it’s because of Juneteenth of because that’s how it normally is. When I walked in, I immediately liked the place because of the interior design and the relaxing music which was at a perfect volume. I was greeted by a lady who was very friendly and told me that her coworkers would be right out to take my out. After a very brief wait exactly that happened and the lady who took my order was also very friendly. After a short wait I got my food (good size serving) which was brought to my table and it tasted delicious. If I’m in the area again, I will be coming back as this place is a perfect mix of great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere“

“You have to try this pizza place. We were passing through came across this pizza shop and decided to try it. I tried the Indian fusion pizza. It was SO good! The paneer was soft and flavorful. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “I am a coffee fanatic and always looking for the best coffee spots every place I go. I can say hands down Saint Coffee Shop is by a mile by favorite coffee spot in all of LA. Oftentimes, I find coffee shops tend to pour too much milk and drown out the espresso, but Saint’s Iced Vanilla Latte is perfect - just enough milk to balance but you can still taste how great the espresso is. The pastries are also fantastic, and I love the cinnamon roll and how fluffy and dough-y it is. I will say it is very difficult to find seating, especially on a weekend, because the place gets so busy, but even just grabbing your coffee and pastries to go is so worth it. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

It was towards the end of the evening and they were only a few people left at the restaurant, we had to ask the waitress for our bread four times which was unusual. Otherwise, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the very nice wine and high  quality, wine glasses and the good food. We were a little bit disappointed because at the end of the evening we noted we smelled cigarette smoke coming from the back of the restaurant we felt was quite unprofessional. They have a lunch special for $11.95 that includes chicken and rice with salad. They also have specials A, B, C and D that are around the $15 to $20 price range. I had the special C that had white rice, a big piece of chicken katsu, two pieces of chicken teriyaki, salad, two small onion rings and two dumplings for about $15.95. Not a bad value.
