Mariscos El Viejito is a great spot if you’re craving authentic Mexican seafood. The aguachiles and ceviche are fresh and full of flavor, and the portions are generous. The micheladas are also on point. The place can get busy, especially on weekends, and the music is loud, but it adds to the fun vibe. Service can be a bit slow at times, but the staff is friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the mood for mariscos!“

“Very interesting place. Diner-style Mexican joint. I grabbed a prawn burrito, and it was humongous.
Washed it down with Modelo Negra, which is my favourite beer when I am visiting LA. This time though the waitress Lorena brought it with a lime, which I have never seen before (!). And it works amazingly well! I ordered a 2nd bottle, and it's still on the table. Gonna enjoy it (!) when I'm done with this.
ATM I am the only customer, it's Sunday, maybe that is why. The ladies laugh their guys out in the backround. The atmosphere is great. Something tells me it's even better when the place is full.
Now onto that Modelo Negra...“

“We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. “My coworker brought me here for the 1st time. He's been coming to this place for 20 yrs. I've always passed this place & never thought much of it. And for that, I regret it now. A real hidden gem. The cashier/server was amazing from beginning to end, nice lady. The #1 was so good & light. Definitely coming back ?% & bringing family plus friends. All theses times that I've passed this place, I thought it was a very small place but when I went inside. This place is huge!!! The 1 thing I don't like is the entrance & exit, very small & dangerous for big vehicles or not experienced drivers. So watch out.“

“Been going here for 20 plus years but first time back in a while and it's just as good as it was the first time! So authentic and genuine staff always so welcoming. Everything I've tryed is just so delicious but my favorites are the Tortas!“

“A small little hole in the wall place located in a strip mall which I had no expectations of besides getting something to eat while I was waiting at another business close by. I decided on getting the California burrito with asada as the meat and it had avocado, sour cream, rice, and beans. I can’t say that anything really stood out besides it was a giant burrito and as far as flavor goes it was pretty good since I could taste everything in it and none of the ingredients stood more than the others. Sorry no pictures of the burrito but one of an asada quesadilla I got another time. Quesadilla was good and loaded with asada and cheese and was a pretty decent size.“
