About Adrestia

Adrestia is a restaurant located on-site at a hotel, blending well with the hotel's sleek minimalist design. The menu is limited, focusing on sandwiches and salads, all priced at $25. The atmosphere is dimly lit, featuring high ceilings, which creates a calm setting perfect for business dinners or low-key date nights. Service is attentive, with staff regularly refilling water and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

The food has received mixed reviews, with standout dishes like the wagyu short rib, which was described as divine. The scallops offer a pleasant balance of flavors and textures, while the burrata has been noted as slightly subpar due to the bread. Although the Waygu burger has been criticized for being overcooked and lacking juiciness, the crispy fries and interesting smashed potato crisps add to the overall experience.

Desserts like the housemade Japanese cheesecake and the lemon ricotta pancakes have been praised as fantastic. Drinks may need improvement, as some have noted they contain too much ice. Access to the restaurant can be challenging, especially given the hotel’s location surrounded by tech parks, creating a ghost town feel on Friday nights. However, Adrestia offers a surprisingly quality experience that is worth a visit for its atmosphere and thoughtful menu.

Lovely restaurant with great food choices and great selection from the bar.

The food we got was lovely but repeated mistakes despite multiple reminders in all the courses and even the wine. Not at all what you expect at a 4* hotel/$1000+ plus bill. In the end some of us left still without the desserts we'd already paid for as it just got too late given many of the group had recently flown in/had jet lag 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was initially worried with the reviews. Nonetheless I tried being too tired to travel out. To my surprise, day 1 - having the Pork Chop (it was fabulous) left me coming back for dinner on day 2 - I had their salmon (also perfectly done!) their service was wonderful as well thanks to Daniella. Excellent service. Ambience wise it is great.

Looking to be back. Keep it up
