Had a hong Kong milk tea. The drink was too sweet, even for the lower sweetness, and add to that the boba tasted much sweeter than other places.If you don't mind too sweet, this is a decent spot. I personally am not a fan of too sweet boba or drink.
A good amount of seating, could tell it was the spot by all the students there to study. With the tea I liked that there was an option for how sweet you wanted it. The menu was crisp, clean, and easy to read; the staff were quick and friendly.

My son liked the taro blended with lychee, you can't adjust sweetness or ice for this drink. It wasn't overly sweet, good drink. I also ordered a hot and a cold Black Sesame Hoji. The black Sesame could be a little stronger, both tasted more milky than nutty from the black Sesame. Next time I'll ask for more black Sesame flavor. If that can be done if not, then I'd prob get something else or get nothing.
