honestly kind of life changing how good the cheese is here they let us sample like 5 different kinds and we ended up buying way more than we planned. the aged gouda was our favorite by far really creamy with those little crunchy crystals that pop in your mouth. the girl at the counter was super patient with all our questions even though they were busy and the place was packed. i wish they had a few more options for wine pairings because that would have made it a full experience...read full review
