Acai Bowls near Sylmar, CA

“Honestly, this is the one Robeks that just makes my bowls right. Everywhere else, they add a little something and it's too tarty or too watery. Here, they blend everything together like it's 3 Stars Michelin. Seriously, get an acai bowl from here and you won't regret it.“

“Favorite smoothie shop in the Valley! Everything is dairy-free too which is amazing. Dairy makes me break out so it is super frustrating how most smoothie places are not readily transparent about their ingredients (because many, like Jamba and Robeks, use sherbert as a base for the majority of their smoothies). I can safely order everything here and it's all tasty :) The sizing and pricing is also more reasonable than Jamba or Robeks. So far I have tried:

SUNSHINE (juice): I've gotten this like three or four times, very good, not overly tart and not too sweet. Well balanced. Try if if you haven't yet.

MANGO MIA (smoothie): a crowd pleaser, try this smoothie if you aren't sure what to get.

WATERMELON BLAST (smoothie): delectable, I was worried the watermelon flavor wouldn't be very strong because it can be a deceptively delicate flavor but I was pleased with it.

ISLAND COLADA (smoothie): This is a newer premium option. Tasty albeit banana forward, the fun blue swirl effect is temporary (because the whole thing turns blue lol). Take a picture right away!

GREEN UP (smoothie): Wow this one might be my favorite. I was kind of nervous about the inclusion of mint but it just added a subtle freshness. Did not taste overly vegetal like green smoothies sometimes can, was a touch less sweet than their other fruit forward smoothies. I highly recommend trying this, especially if you like green smoothies. If you've never tried one I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

ALMOND BUTTER SHAKE (smoothie): After flu had wrecked my appetite I desperately needed fat and protein in a way that would be gentle on my stomach so I ordered this delivered. Between the almond butter and coconut milk it's definitely one of their higher calorie options. I was able to comfortably sip on this through the day and it helped keep me full. If you've never tried almond butter before it is much milder flavored than peanut butter (which is why I purchased it). I appreciate that they have an option like this, sometimes you need the calories/fat/protein but most smoothie places only have peanut butter which is much more strongly flavored.

The only complaint I have is that I suppose the parking could be annoying but I've always just walked there or ordered delivery.“

“I recently tried Beets & Berries in Santa Clarita and was seriously impressed. The menu is brimming with creative smoothie and açai bowl options, and I’m sure they’d happily customize something to your taste. Their ingredients are top-tier—fresh, flavorful, and free of anything artificial or low quality. Yes, the pricing leans toward the higher side, but every sip justifies it. A deliciously wholesome experience.“

“My husband is a tennis player, so we love the Courtside Caffe at the Burbank Tennis Center. My fave is the Greek salad. My husband likes the pita pizza and burgers. The seasoning is wonderful. Today I had a “fried chicken sandwich” not fried or breaded., but grilled. Delicious! Their smoothies are yummy. And we’re sitting here watching people on two courts play, with a backdrop of the Verdugo Mountains. Gorgeous!“

“I recently found this company. I have gotten couple of times drinks and its too die foe. My favorite one is the biscoff one. It has sweetness bit just the right amount. Not too sweet or sickly just the perfect amount. I have also tried two different smoothies and delicious. Very friendly. Love the atmosphere. Very accommodating if you want to make changes to the drinks. Price is reasonable. They have coffe as well hot or cold. This specific location can find parking not an issue. I know they have studio city location but parking sucks. Went there one time and didn't go back because of the parking. This location fabulous. Have not tried the food but I'm sure it will be very good.“

I had a custom made one, half/half, don't remember the exact names, one was with the avocados, and the other one was with strawberries (and so so so much more), they are underneath each other on the menu (as of August 2018). The only thing I regret is that I ordered the 20oz (600ml) and not the 32oz! If you are in LA, you MUST go here. I haven't come across anything like that anywhere else yet! The level of care and customer service she showed truly impressed me and deserves recognition. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers and their standards.

I came back today and tried the açaí bowl again, and it was phenomenal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly how it should be. It honestly may have just been an off batch or handling issue the one time I had a bad experience.

I really respect businesses that take feedback seriously, make things right, and stand behind their product. Because of how this was handled — and how good the bowl was this time — I’m happy to update and retract my original negative review.

“We were all so excited to try the new watermelon & poolside collagen smoothies..and i myself am one who always gets the same drink everytime...Apples&Greens~ my fave! But i have to admit to being really surprised at how good these new ones are! Just love the cucumber in it! Oh and the shop was fresh and clean-smelled SO good when we opened the door&stepped in!
