“My absolute new favorite restaurant! We were visiting family in LA from Chicago and they took us here, I ended up going three times in my one week visit. Cheese stuffed zaatar and the sojouk kachopuri were my favorite and the garlic chicken wrap was my husbands. Honestly everything we had was delicious and the kids kept asking for the pepperoni pizza and mini pizzas.“

“Super happy I found this place, I can't eat dairy but I enjoy a good pizza. They've got a couple choices for dairy alternatives and offer vegan ranch and even vegan cheesecake!!! Super tasty, lovely staff, looking forward to visiting them again!

Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten free options available, as well as vegetarian or vegan options! They have a warning about cross contamination so won't recommend to those with high risk/ high sensitivity allergies.

Kid-friendliness: It is small so don't expect to be able to fit more than a family of four, and it's got very little seating so I don't think strollers/baby carriers will fit. I didn't see baby seats but staff are friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of small shop, but you can get inside and back out as long as the door is open.“

“Inside, there is only room to order food and buy bread. Their cinnamon roll is pretty good, but served cold. Their everything cookie is delicious. There is ample seating outdoors for brunch, and servers are nice. The breakfast sandwich is good, and their standouts are shakshuka (absolutely delicious!) and the chai latte. Their vanilla latte is also well bodied and just sweet enough.“

“I am not a huge fan of gf food, so I did my best to avoid anything that would have a wheat substitute. I got the southwest bowl. I thought the tofu was really good. The potatoes in it weren’t crispy at all, and the addition of zucchini made it a little watery. Good flavor just not a knock out.“

“The description of Ike's to me made it sound like Fat Sal's and I was excited. Truth of the matter is Ike's holds its own, and it didn't disappoint. It has a great menu mixed with Meat and Veggie options. The Mrs. and I split and highly recommend the Captain Carl and the Meatless Mike (I concur "best vegan meatball in America", and Our 3 y/o gives the grilled cheese 👍👍. Our 9y/o swears it was the best grilled cheese she ever had.“

“We love Half Baked! We discovered it, ironically enough, just months before I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2016. Luckily, they have gluten free options a plenty. Of all the gluten free bakeries nearby, they were THE most affordable for wedding cakes. We collaborated with Natalie who was with us from day one. She is wonderful - so understanding and supportive. Half Baked's execution of our vision onto 3 elegant cakes was lovely and classy. The GF spice with cream cheese was the best - our very favorite! There were some unfortunate issues with the other two cakes, but Natalie assisted us thoughtfully and ultimately provided us with an ample solution. We have loved Half Baked since we discovered them. We highly recommend them for events or anytime, especially if you need delicious gluten free options that won't break the bank!“

I ordered two cakes from A Sweet Design during this order and they were both so good!
We did a custom heart cake for my 30th and a carrot cake for my mom and they were excellent!
The custom heart cake had Chocolate Chip Vanilla Bean and safe to say, that’s my new favorite! We’ve had the black and white cake before and that was a hit too!

“So I’ve been in contact with cake money since last summer to plan my vow renewal “wedding” taking place in LA.Cake monkey never missed a beat as far as information, guidance, assistance, or execution. I am by far theeee pickiest person and was a bit nervous the entire planning of the wedding due to not physically being in LA until the weekend of. Due to still being on the east coast we could not even conduct a cake tasting. Thankfully cake monkey worked with me and set up a cake tasting packet for my sister in law to have.We fell for two flavors and could not chose 1 (German Chocolate & 9” Choco Malt). We decided to do a mixture of both flavors. When i tell you the day of my wedding the cake was not only simple, elegant yet beautiful (my theme) but ABSOLUTELY delicious. The way they mixed these flavors to where one did not overpower the other, but still gave you a pleasing and addictive want for more was just wonderful.
