“I’m so happy Froggy’s reopened - it’s always been my favorite patio in LA! I love all the hummingbirds and looking at nature - I feel I’m far away from the City/Valley - it’s so relaxing! The salmon tacos are awesome and freshly made guacamole doesn’t disappoint 👍🏻 The tortillas are lovingly made by hand and are fresh. One of the most soulful places in Los Angeles- great little bar and historic background. DONT go as I love the cozy authentic vibe - just kidding - I highly recommend this restaurant It would make a great venue for special occasions (this is unsolicited - I just can’t rave enough and want them to flourish- Covid was tough on them like many businesses) Lastly, everyone working there are so friendly and accommodating 5 stars ⭐️😄“

“Dear Lord,,, I was working in the area. ( Lifeline Plumbing Inc.) Hit Us Up. San Diego And Los Angeles County. Wasn't going to do a 2.5 hrs drive down south. So I drove up the street had 2 spot opposite side of the same block. Made the right choice. Thanks to La Vijita in line, she said why do you think I am waiting. Cash only for sure. The spot wasn't even open and we were making line,,,, lol. Shit well worth the few minutes of anticipation. Tacos where fire. The ribs dear lord. Pulled down my truck bed door and shit no shame I went to town. The folks where looking and I offered room for those like myself that were just plane huuungry. Ill be back!“

“They came out and made on site gluten free tacos, with freshly made corn tortillas were delicious as well as the chicken and short ribs! The salsa was spicy and tasty, and it all came with beans, rice, and an option of lettuce wrapped tacos without tortillas.“

“Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had!!! My family and I usually order the shrimp cocktail, raw shrimp ceviche, fish tacos, empanadas, aguachile negro.. But you really can’t go wrong with ordering here. Everything will be delicious. They’re fast, quality of seafood is excellent, and they’re not greedy with tostadas or crackers for to go orders. Also not greedy with the amount of shrimp your cocktail will have unlike some places that give you three shrimps at best lol. One time we accidentally got charged twice for a pickup order and they refunded us super quick and were apologetic over the honest mistake. I can’t recommend this seafood truck enough!!!“

“Me and my wife, we stopped by to grab a bite we were surprised by the food that they offer my wife order a plate of bistec con papas it came with salad, rice and beans and tortillas this is not your regular Carne Asada tacos or AlPastore taco truck don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing wrong with those type of Tacos. but these tacos. we’re different. I got myself two tacos of Chicharron. In salsa Verde. And two tacos of Costilla con nopales they were so delicious that I had to post a review to tacos Desoto 5⭐️ real good Mexican food you guys come out and check them out….“

“Food is amazing I must say. Have came plenty of times. The younger guy serving the meat/sauce/guac rushes making the orders for absolutely no reason to the point that the order is messy and burrito is falling apart & just everywhere. Missing simple request from the customer that could just be avoided if he took his time instead of just throwing the food in the plate. We will definitely ask for a different server next time“

“Where do I begin, I was on the hunt looking for a new tortilla alternative since I started going back to low carb dieting and Mr. Tortilla came in clutch. The chips and low carb tortillas here taste great and best of all are made with good ingredients. I ordered their known tortilla chips made with avocado oil and cant wait to try other things on their menu. The man in charge Anthony was very professional and polite as he called to inform me that some of the items can be out of stock and assisted me through the ordering process.
