The only bad experience I have had at this location is when they have too many customers waiting and too few people behind the counter. I will admit, I avoided this location for a few years of living in the area because it just looked grungy from the outside. But then after a few years I finally tried it and the food has literally never disappointed. BUT...there has been a change lately, and not a good one. I love subway ever since I discovered it (23 years ago) my only problem is that this particular location has no restroom for customers therefore I gave then 3 star instead of 5, otherwise I would have given then 5 star ratings.
Their sandwiches are good and still one of the best out there.
