“This place brings BIG city flavors with small town love. I had the garlic noodles with shrimp, and my sister had the pork belly bowl. Everything was perfectly cooked and more importantly perfectly seasoned. The shrimp was fully cooked, but not rubbery. The broccoli was not mushy. My sisters pork belly bowl, she says, was enough to share! Our potstickers were, well, potstickers. Everything was yummo. If I didn't live all the way down in San Diego, I'd make this a regular place to eat. I would post a photo, but I inhaled it all why toying out this review.“

“Visited my folks over the holiday weekend from Walnut Creek and absolutely loved it. The mango mallow seltzer and the Oh Yeah punch beer are unlike anything I’ve ever had, y’all are doing amazing things here hahaaaa. Want to give a HUGE shout out to Kelsie, she was incredibly friendly and sweet, went out of her way for me on a pretty big take home purchase. She mentioned she was fairly new but I wouldn’t have known if she hadn’t have told me. She was working the place solo and absolutely killing it! Will absolutely check this place out next time I visit!“

The guys behind the counter were super nice and had no issues with the ordering. Realizing that these folks have been in business since 1956, oh my gosh, the year I was born….has to say a lot about their consistency. Keep up the good work!“

“The food was warm, not hot..but the poor food server was SLAMMED due to the Hot Air Balloon event. This place needs to be ready for events..it took over 30 minutes to have our order taken and 45 minutes for food to table after the order. We watched people getting seated outside, once additional help arrived, and those folks were getting their food before we did, and we'd been there for over an hour.“

“Very good Japanese restaurant. Friendly, efficient service, delicious sushi and main courses. My wife and I split a caterpillar roll for an appetizer. For mains we had the King Salmon and Chicken Teriyaki. Both were delicious. Generous portions too!“

“There are two ways to judge a restaurant. The first is how good the food is. The second is how fast the service is when there is no one around. This restaurant passes both with flying colors! I got great food within five minutes of my order! I recommend highly!“

“While the ribeye is definitely a top tier item, sadly my 2 tries at ordering prime rib did not work out too well.. we also noted that the pita chips served with the spinach artichoke dip had a fishy after taste... I'd still recommend trying the menu and the staff is awesome!“
