“We went to Espadín for lunch on a Friday. We got seated right away. We both got micheladas and the shrimp ceviche to share( appetizer). It was very chunky and fresh- tons of shrimp!! 🍤 We then shared the chicken quesadilla - also from the appetizer menu. The chicken was flavorful and very good. I don’t normally order quesadillas cause they are basic to me but this one was delicious ! It came with a spicy cream and jalapeños (we got them on the side cause I’m not a huge spicy person). We will be back for sure !

“Absolutely love Thirstea! Their Thai Tea and bubble waffles are a must-try. Fellow Filipinos, you have to check out their Halo Halo—it's the best in the valley! I've sampled many, but nothing compares to Thirstea's. They load it with toppings and the leche flan is incredibly fresh and authentic. Plus, the owner, Jose, is super friendly and a veteran, which adds to the great vibe. I’m really looking forward to their Karaoke night on Fridays! Highly recommend!“

“One word… BRISKET. Their brisket is phenomenal. It’s one of the most tender, juicy, flavorful smoked brisket we’ve ever had. The sauces are also great - we recommend the spicy but they also have regular and sweet.

Other things we’ve tried:

Ribs - Overall pretty good. Not the best we’ve tried but you’ll like them!

Chicken - Needs help. Lacks flavor. Only unimpressive thing we have tried at Swing Inn.

Mac and Cheese: Delicious!!
Coleslaw: DELICIOUS! ?

Service: We feel it needs some work. More attention to detail and wait times on tables. We understand it’s a busy place, but it could be managed a bit better.

Overall, Highly recommend the food and visit! But weekends are crazy (2 hour wait!) so aim for during the week or later in day - if possible.“

Derek has spent so much time on research and development honing his craft to deliver expert level meads and ciders over the years, and they just keep getting better. From the quality of ingredients to the dynamic blend of fruits and honey they just don't miss here. Best part is they have something for everyone. Meads and ciders ranging from dry and balanced to rich and sweet. I've been a happy returning customer, and golden hive member, for 4 years now and happily drive over an hour with my wife and kid to visit here frequently. “I was skeptical about this place, but when I walked in I was caught off guard by the ambience and interior design of the place which gave a relaxing atmosphere.

For the food, it’s not like your typical take out place, because you can tell it was cooked with the intentions of the person enjoying the flavors and not just covered with sweet sauce or grease. I was super impressed by the quality and affordable prices for their dishes. Their lunch special ranges from 11.99-14.99 and was filling. Overall, I plan to come back here because the staff were super welcoming and the food was incredible. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on their menu!

Kathie served us some spectacular reds, and made us feel like family. My husband had a Michilada (sour style) that Kathie recommended. It was delicious. Then, winemaker, Roberto shared some vintage varietals that were fantastic. I'm a total wine snob, so when I put my stamp of approval on the whole package, ( wine, views, yummy pizza, customer service and experience), you can trust that I know what I'm talking about. Roberto surprised us by taking us on a tour of the winery and Vineyard, which was a REAL treat.

“Wonderful brewery, friendly staff, fun community, great beer. Aftershock was a super pleasant surprise of a brewery to come across. They have a huge selection of different beer styles that they brew. It's a smaller tasting room but packed with personality. The Belgian Tripel, Hefeweizens, IPAs, and Stouts are amazing. The staff was super helpful and responsive when you wanted another. Very professional. The whole brewery and tasting room was well maintained. If you come to Temecula, it's worth your time to stop by.

There is a good amount of parking located out front, and if that fills up, there is plenty of street parking nearby. They have trivia every other Sunday. They also sell Crowlers and pre canned beer.

Additionally, they are very close to Old Town Temecula. So, if you get hungry, there is a thriving restaurant district right down the street!“

“We recently visited Temecula and enjoyed several wineries, but we were a little disappointed with the almost universal custom of tastings taking place at the bar, where it’s typically noisy and crowded, rather than having a more personal experience with a server at a table, especially since it was such a beautiful weekend. To that end, I was looking for something more personal and intimate for our last winery stop, and that’s how I found Lumiere. We had the most wonderful experience of our Temecula trip at Lumiere. Martha was so lovely to talk to and so knowledgeable about wine and the history of wine-making in Temecula, her being the matriarch of the family business. I’m not sure why Lumiere doesn’t seem to get as much business as other nearby wineries, because the property is beautiful with stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains, the staff is so genuinely kind, and the tastings are much more reasonably priced than almost anywhere else we visited, especially considering the quality of Lumiere’s wine compared to some of the other, more popular wineries. We left with three bottles and a wonderful memory of our conversation with Martha. If you’re looking for a quieter, more personal experience while in Temecula (and to support a small family business), take this as your sign to make Lumiere a stop on your Temecula winery tour—you absolutely will not regret it. “Having just learned of Julie's, we stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and were warmly greeted by staff and patrons alike, oh so cool A/C on a hot day and beautiful music by acoustic guitarist Michael LeClerc. It was a great day before having even had a sip of wine!Our server Angie was fun and knowledgeable as she led us through their wines, taking our taste preferences into account. I especially loved the 2020 Chardonnay and the 2016 Petite Syrah. Angie introduced us to other patrons, coworker Tricia, as well as owner Julie and her husband (and their distiller) Doug who happened to be on site. Someone even brought us comfy stool seating at the bar area!From our one visit (which btw lasted until closing!), here are some important things to know and love about Julie's:- there have lovely sun-drenched patio areas in the front and back.- they are pet and kid-friendly.- they offer goldfish crackers as a palate cleanser and M&Ms to enhance the flavor of some of the reds.- you can bring outside food in, which I love as an option.- the wine club has great perks and you can swap out wines at pickups.- they have 25 acres of estate vineyards, most replanted as part of the transformation from what this site used to be as Alex's Red Barn Winery. A hundred of the oldest grape vines were saved, including some varietals no longer grown in Temecula Valley.- they have a Vineyard house, suites and cottages for which wine club members get a discount.We are so happy to have discovered this gem of a boutique winery and distillery on Calle Contento off Rancho California Road. It hasn't been officially open for too long (since April 2023 I believe), yet there was a nice crowd there and numbers will no doubt grow as word spreads! This place is the winery version of "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. Thank you Angie and Tricia, for a memorable first visit. We look forward to many more!“

“I've been coming here for a decade. Before my dad passed, it was our place for breakfast. My birthday is in a couple of days, so we came in on a Sunday for breakfast. The place was busy, and all the servers seemed to be keeping up, and we were served and seated quickly and largely taken care of like one of the family.

My only thought on the food this last time in is eh. It's still a great place, but some things I noticed, the coffee cake was not very good, it was tough and stale. This may be due to it being busy, and the coffee cakes are free. But I got the Country Benedict. When she dropped the food, i noticed my eggs were fried more than poached, and I needed about double the amount of gravy.

Every other time have been great so I would not hesitate to return or stop in.“

“I came out to this gorgeous mom and pop vineyard on 8/3 with my bestie, and we did the wine tasting and it was worth every penny. Our waiter Heston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations. I ended up buying 2 bottles of wine to get shipped back to Delaware so I could have a piece of California in my kitchen. The Syrah Rock Creek is my absolute favorite new red wine. For a white their vermentino is a perfect white wine. I am not a big white wine person I loved it. “Vegetarian options: You can get a vegi sandwich and ask with or without cheese, they also give great information on what the beads are made out of along with good salad options with different types of salad filler such as lettuce, spring mix or just spinach. Also, I haven't seen anywhere have it, but they have alfalfa sprouts too!

Dietary restrictions: They are really respectful about any restrictions and with allergies as long as they are told about them. They will ensure no cross contamination and will respect requests made to them.

Parking: They have good options in front of the store and even around the store. They are also connected to a bigger Plaza, which has plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: They are really kid friendly with good chair options such as high chairs for babies and good kid meals that come with a chip and drink (the drink can even be switched from a smalls fountain drink or a sunny-d) with plenty of chips to choose from along with drinks too.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a good ramp leading into the area where they reside. With good pathway inside the restaurant and the seats have availability to be changed around to have more space.“

We loved the Peacock dry bubbly to start, and then really liked the white Fermentino. Matt encouraged us to walk up the stairs outside and to enjoy our wine overlooking the beautiful view!
