We went for the dinner special. The food was mediocre but definitely great for the price. The setup and decor is typical Chinese seafood restaurant. It wasn't busy on a Sunday evening. I'd definitely recommend trying out the dinner special.
It is a bit crowded there. Food is ok.
I came here to try their dinner special dishes. To my surprise, the prices were fairly low, but then I realized the portion sizes are smaller. Service was good, as typical of a Chinese restaurant.

Based on the reviews, 凱悦 Grand Harbor is a restaurant located in a shopping mall with an outdated glamour that feels like a grand Hong Kong restaurant. The service can be spectacular and attentive, with staff changing plates and being quite nice, but it can also be sooooo slow and unreasonable. The dim sum is satisfactory but unimpressive in terms of value for money, with dishes categorised into small, medium, and large. There is a deal for Lobster noodles and congee once ordering 3 or more dim sum dishes. The food is delicious, with standout items including Lobster, Truffle Chicken, and Filet Mignon, though the House special chicken was nothing special and Pork belly with tofu was not good. They use frozen clams which are dry. The ambiance is great, with a private room that has Karaoke and is spacious for events. There is all day special for $12.99 and a weekday discount of 20% off before noon. It is a great place for anyone to celebrate any occasion, but it gets busy so going early is recommended.
