Food there is really good especially Mala Xiang Guo dry pot. Chief is really friendly and the ambiance of the place is super chill. Their service is on top notch. Drink there suits with dry pot too. 10/10.
This is truly a diamond in the rough. We were in the area and couldn't find anything open late to eat and just happened to come across this restaurant. The pictures don't do it justice and might confuse you on what they make. Imagine a cross of Mongolian grill and Taiwanese hot pot but without the soup/broth. I love this restaurant so much! It’s never as full as I think it should be; maybe people are intimidated by the DIY element? (It’s a build-your-own malatang / mala dry pot kind of spot.) The flavors are authentic and spicy (but you can dial down the spice if that’s not your thing.) there’s also a cash discount if you pay with cash.Parking: There is street parking in the neighborhood as well as a dedicated lot behind the restaurant (free).
