Food is great. Extremely large menu. Maybe too big. Great breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff. Location is off of Las Tablas Rd surrounded by medical facilities. It is a little out of the way but if you're just getting released from the hospital for a broken leg or just stopping in for a colonoscopy across the street, Chulos is worth the stop for a great meal.
The huevos rancheros were pretty standard, though the rice and beans we're lukewarm, on the small side. The eggs Benedict were tasty and the fruit was fresh. The server forgot sugar for the coffee and never refilled our water. With one cup of diner coffee, the total was 45.02 for two dishes. One time deal for us.

Great place tucked away a bunch of medical offices. Good food and large portions. The owner is very nice and friendly. We came for brunch and there wasn't too many people so we got our food very fast while chatting and getting to know the owner and sharing our opinions.
