Great restaurant! Amazing atmosphere and setting! You are practically in a cowboy ski bar with all the attributes and accessories on the walls. Location 18th century ?. Western movies on the monitors. Cruel!?
Pig Iron is solid. Located downtown Templeton. Pig Iron has inside and outside seating. Inside is like a restaurant divided into three. One side, an old west dine in bar. The middle is waiting, kitchen in the back and merch. Then the third is dinning. It was raining, so inside. My party was greeted by multiple people. The wait was very short. Haven't given a 5 star in a while but it's very well deserved. Very good service topped on an absolutely delicious meal. Great job with the contrasting flavors on the chicken sandwich that made every bite better and better. I hope the rest of the menu is like that as I look forward to trying something else.
