“This restaurant is EXCELLENT! They've been in town for a while, but it's a new find for us. We're happy we tried it because we've been back several times. The waitress is very sweet and happy to make recommendations. The restaurant itself is traditionally decorated and very clean. Make sure you try their homemade corn tortillas!“

“Very good value - I highly recommend the Burrito al Pastor. Make sure to ask for hot sauce and grilled jalapeños (both are complementary, but not always automatically included). It's also cash-only, and can get a li'l busy during normal meal times“

“The food is how you would get it at home. The tortillas on the tacos are a little too raw for me, but my Dad loves them that way. They don't dip them in oil how most places do, so if you're going for a less calorie taco, this is the place. The meat is fresh and they put plenty in your tacos. The tortas are delicious also. They always have a variety of aguas frescas and also bottled or canned drinks. The tables have been widened so they aren't super skinny like before. You can sit and enjoy the food. It's clean and chill there.“
“Really love the remodel – the store looks so much cleaner and more inviting. The overall experience feels like a totally different vibe compared to before. The food is great, and you can really tell new management has made some positive changes. I see some people complaining about prices, but honestly, everything has gone up everywhere. I appreciate that this is a family-run business trying hard to keep things going. Keep it up!“

“Exquisite food. Great service and fair prices. I ordered more to go for dinner. The food truck is right next to a smoke shop and there are a few picnic tables onsite. Just be mindful to bring cash or get some cash back from the smoke shop.“

“Very delicious tacos , tortas, and quesidillas. Chicken, my favorite meat for tacos. They have many meats to choose from. They have many toppings . They have horchata and Agua de jamaica. Covered eating area large parking lot and lots of seating. The only thing they dont have is rice. It's definitely worth trying.“

“My hubby went today 4/2 around 11:45-12:00 and brought me home a carne asada burrito bowl😋😋 OMG this is the absolute BEST food I’ve had in a very long time. They definitely don’t skimp on food, flavor or size. This bowl seriously is enough to feed 3-4 people. He got himself the carne asada burrito and if you know what the ones look like at ElTap, (huge) and this one is larger than that one.
I will definitely be eating there at least a few times a month from now on😋😋“

“I highly recommend that you go a visit Panaderia La Cabaña. It was my first time ever going and I was not disappointed. The bread was freshly baked, and had a great flavor! If you are in the Porterville area, you definitely need to go check this Panaderia out!“

“I came in to this Mariscos (Mexican Sea food) restaurant to get me some sea food. It was amazing. The number one dish I personally recommend is the famous QUESA BIRRIAS along side the Consunme trust me on this one. The Quesa Birria sale out daily.“

“This bakery is by far the best here in Porterville it’s small,owed and operated by a Spanish speaking couple. Most of the bread is actually baked fresh daily. I go in the morning to get it right out of the oven while it’s still warm. They make “Flan” from scratch out of eggs how it’s supposed to be made. Prices are competitive but worth it and they have other products and homemade food. But over all excellent family owned small business that I chose to go to over the other bakeries on the east side.“

“I try to stop in every time I am in town. I love everything I have eaten here, but my favorite is the enchiladas. They always serve a lot of food. The burritos are huge, the tacos are big and I love the chips and salsa.“
