“I ate breakfast at The Plaza Restaurante on Wed April 23, 2025. I had an omelet. It was huge. Very delicious, too. The waitress was wonderful! Sorry I didn’t get her name to give a shoutout to. She kept the restaurant very clean & sparkling. They are also dog friendly with patio dining in front. 🐶 I would recommend The Plaza Restaurante in Mecca, CA whole heartedly.“

“Food is great. Maybe even the best in it's category. Service is awesome. My reason for tge 2 ☆☆ in Atmosphere is because of where the food truck is located. Is not only very dangerous given the fact that jerk irresponsible drivers Zoom thru that street but it is also right on the dirt and can be a lot more dusty when windy.“

“I have gone to the restaurant and to the stand and I recommend both places. They're friendly and attentive; the restaurant is clean and the staff is welcoming. I've tried their Al Pastor tacos, carne asada and suadero and its a really good flavor. In my opinion their Al Pastor is very authentic; it reminds me of my childhood in Mexico.“
“Went there last night food was amazing I ordered a birria burrito and it was stuffed with birria meat also the quesabirrias where hooked up definitely will be going again. staff are great and very helpful. Will be recommending to friends and family 🙂“

“Just tried the much hyped "Smashburger" with a chocolate shake. It was good. I would put it up against the Dbl Cheeseburger at In&Out although they taste completely different. It's an $8.00 burger so you are paying a premium price“

“5 stars for the excellent staff and comforting food! We stopped by for a quick lunch before heading to Ocotillo Wells and decided to grab some tacos. Jack in the Box tacos are my guilty pleasure, and these didn’t disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly friendly to everyone, like Chick-fil-A level customer service. It was such a great experience!“
