Verse is a unique restaurant with an exceptional atmosphere, reminiscent of a private speakeasy club. The dimly lit room features cozy home library decor, enhanced by live soft jazz music performances that create a lively yet intimate setting. The staff, akin to tour guides, provide a warm welcome and insightful explanations of the restaurant's history and design. The menu boasts incredible dishes, with standouts like the Peruvian Scallops, Pork Risotto, and Milk Buns. Guests appreciate the amazing service and wonderfully decorated space, which was converted from an actual recording studio, offering great acoustics for the live band. The etxebarri beef chop was executed so perfectly, a steak that melted in your mouth. The Bordelaise sauce with bone marrow was amazing. The food is top notch, better than a lot of Michelin star restaurants. Every dish was fantastic, each one so good it was hard to pick a favorite. Portions were perfect and food was a 10 out of 5. The service is unbelievable, as every dish was explained as it was served. Verse is a must-try destination that is sure to become a regular spot for many. Parking is also convenient with plenty of street options available.
