I 💜 El Pollo, just not the closest one to me on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. Rarely gets orders correct and employees are not very friendly and could care less about customers. I kept trying (for over a year) to see if it was just "a bad day", but it wasn't. I will drive to Manhattan Beach or to the one on PCH instead of go to the Hawthorne Blvd store.
I got 10 piece family meal and when I got home the chicken was so dried out there was no meat on any pieces! It was literally skin and bones! so disgusting and a waste of $21.90. Also the Mac n cheese was like a cheese soup instead of noodles with cheese. The only item edible was the mash potatoes and flour tortillas. Thanks for a disgusting " holiday Familia dinner " I will never eat at any El Pollo Loco again and I'll have all my family and friends boycott this company too......read full review
