This place is a hit or miss. Unfortunately this time around it was a miss. I got the spicy pork bowl and it really didn't have any flavor. It was very plain and the spicy level was there for the first two bites then gone. There is no service to really comment on as when you order you order on the screen and don't have any interaction with anyone. Which I think is pretty crazy to then ask for a tip! The food is delicious but if you're ordering takeout, make sure to stop and check everything before leaving. The guy packing orders forgot our drinks and soft boiled egg. When I went back for them, he apologized for the drinks but repeatedly insisted that the egg wasn't missing, even after handing me "another one".
