“Ended up going with my mom and sister. (Contemplating if I should make this review or not). We came in to a worker named Vanessa (I think she said was her name) was cleaning the tables and ended up taking our order. Sorry for the mess my sister made if you see this!

Before we left she offered to wrap our sandwiches, that’s hospitality! Next time I’ll think about posting a better review 1/9/26“

“Removed some of the best selections of sandwiches they had because corporate decided to cut out all deli meats. Atrocious.

Edit: That being said, I tried a sub for the first time in probably 2 years since this decision was made and my god it’s incomparable how good these subs are. Damn you Charley’s but thank you for remaining king of the subs.“

It took me 24 hrs to realize I lost my bag Sunday bc my mind's has been fried lately, but the Togos employees had my bag put away safe and sound waiting for me to notice it was missing... smh Not only great sandwiches, but great employees and customer service!
