First time to Smokey's (and I'll be back!) After a 35 mi bike ride, a friend and I indulged in, for me, the pulled pork sandwich. A decent portion of meat, which wasn't fatty or gristly, with great flavor. I recommend adding a grilled pineapple ring, too. Looking back, I would have liked a bit more sauce.
Lovely, amazing little shack with a lot of heart. And you can taste it in the food. Service is always so kind here, even if they're packed. Always gotta hit up this spot when heading out to Reno. French onion soup is a must!!
The service was great, we were able to sit outside on the patio with our dog which was very awesome. We paid $115 for 3 burgers, 1 sandwich, an order of fries and an order of fried pickles. Our food came in a timely manner, but there was no taste, the pulled chicken sandwich was a couple chicken breast chunks on bread, the veggie burger was burnt and crunchy the bison burger had no taste. We had to order everything separately, you order a burger that's all you get, fries...
