I recently visited the Sugar Bowl Snowtubing and overall, my experience was not positive. While the staff, particularly Grace, were very helpful and answered all of my questions, their actions in the snowtubing arena were concerning. Instead of focusing on the safety and well-being of the guests, the staff were playing in the arena and snowtubing themselves.
