Went to Alder Creek Cafe today after a workout at trout creek. Staff was super friendly. Ordered the veggie sandwich and French fries and a glass of wine. Prices were reasonable and food was delicious. I got a buzzer and promptly received my food. Also, if you are a season pass holder with TD downhill or XC skiing, you get 10% off. Great experience. I will be back!
I highly recommend Chef Dave's Thursday night Edi Bowl series. At $16, its a high quality meal at a great price. Each Thursday is a different bowl from a different cuisine. Flavors are always excellent, with fresh ingredients and well prepared. In the age of COVID, seating is outside on the spacious deck. The bar with beer and wine is still open- order inside, grab your beverage, and enjoy a great meal outside on the dog friendly deck!

We went to the cafe for a Carne Asada bowl. The food itself was good, but I thought it was grossly overpriced. The meat was delicious, but only about four bites. The bean portion was more generous, but very ordinary, maybe canned. The bowl was topped with a tablespoon of salsa, guacamole and sour creme. We got the meal to go . It was in a round container 6 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches tall and priced at $19 dollars. At least I didnt overeat that night!
