We did the four course tasting menu and every course was excellently prepared and exquisitely presented. There are choices for each course so each of us ordered different items so that we could taste everything on the menu. Such interesting items like fir needle ice cream. This is now out favorite restaurant in Truckee and look forward to visiting on future trips to the area. We had high expectations and Trokay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Trokay!

This place is an absolute gem. Incredible food, atmosphere, and service. So polite, friendly, and helpful. The waiter had excellent wine (and for me, cocktail) recommendations. We want to go back and try the wine pairing since everything was done so well. Highly recommend!
