“Something happened between when we called in our reservation and when we arrived. I think the kitchen staff bailed on our server or something ?. He was slammed and really doing his best. The Chianti was delicious, and we were not fussy about having to wait. I hope the kinks get worked out for next time.“

“This place is a wonderful gem in Visalia! We came as soon as they opened at 4 pm and had a wonderful experience. The pasta dishes were delicious and the garlic bread they give was so good (were hungry and already dug in before I took the pictures), and the servers were very attentive and friendly. We would absolutely return if we were in the area again.“

“My neighbor & I went there for dinner and we sat near the front window it was a great first experience. The food was prepared very well and exceptionally tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive and she made sure we had a great dining experience ( which I found very refreshing since so many places don’t even bother asking) Plan on taking my friend my neighbor there this Thursday for her belated birthday lunch! Keep up the good work Bistro Di Bufala! Menu is so inviting! You will want to taste everything!“
“The food is all delicious, from their daily special, to the chorizo burrito, omelet, and chilaquiles. The drinks are amazing also. If you like sweet coffee beverages their dog lifter is to die for. The eye opener will definitely wake you up. The cappuccino is very well done. They also have a large variety of loose leaf teas to choose from.“

“We had a quick dinner here, margarita pizza and Caesar salad. The server was new but did a great job, they were closing early but didn’t make us feel rushed, and the food was amazing!!! I was also very impressed with their clean up routine, very thorough.“

“Absolute amazing experience I always have trouble eating out with my family because my little ones crying but Makayla my server did her best to fit my kids needs and helped calmed them down and even held my youngest while i ate??? truly an angel i appreciated it so much?!. 10/10 experience“
