I don't want the amazing kitchen staff to be affected by poor service by the rest of their team.

The service team missed an item from my order, yet again. It was not during rush hours or even near closing time. They even told me they remember they missed items from my last order when I started opening the bag to check. Before I could finish checking they even realized exactly which item was missing! It's quite bizarre!

Then you will have to wait however long it takes for them to prepare the missing item. And if you realize something missing after you get home then you will have to drive back to essentially out in the boonies to pick up again.

I still tipped them. To their credit, they did compensate by adding the missing item from my last order even before I arrived. I just wish I didn't have to wait for the missing item after a long drive (with more to drive after).

And a minor issue with online ordering from their website, it kept erroring out--I tried at least 4 different cards. They did take phone order instead. But I spent 20 minutes doing all this which otherwise should have taken 3 or so minutes.“

“Once we booked with the Nixon Library, we were given a choice of 2 caterers that we could use. I was a bit worried when I found this out, as I wasn’t sure I wanted to be boxed in with specific vendors. White House catering was by far our favorite choice. Katie was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me plan out “Operation Keep Grandma Nice”, and was just a great person to be able to work with. The staff on the day of were fabulous too. The server for our sweetheart table was the sweetest - constantly kept checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was always nearby in case we did. They are definitely a well oiled machine, and everything ran extremely well. It is clear that they have this very fine tuned! “My first time here and the owner was welcoming and friendly. I ordered a pan fried seafood egg noodles party tray and it was amazingly delicious. The flavor was on point and egg noodles had a nice al dente chewy texture with wok hei taste. I also ordered pork and shrimp egg rolls and they were crispy and flavorful as well.

My husband and I had a food tasting with Pancho and he was very informative and answered all of our questions. When it got closer to the wedding I spoke with Marcia and Pancho and they were both very helpful with finalizing the menu and timeline for serving. I really appreciate the great communication! We had tri tip, chicken breast, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, vegetables and Caesar salad on our menu. The macaroni and cheese was so good that we froze some of the leftover so we could eat it when we got back from our honeymoon. “Country Garden Caterers were a great addition to our wedding day! The planning process for our event was smooth thanks to Diana Perkins! She was a rockstar in helping us plan our menu, was very flexible and understanding, and always answered our questions through phone or email with a quick turn around. We ordered the BBQ brisket, Chicken Marsala, and Poached Salmon as our main entrees and they were all amazing! I would highly recommend all three options.
