“This is the local spot for me and the hubs. Miguel is an excellent bartender, and all of the staff are welcoming, attentive and kind. We usually come for lunch and their happy hour is also great. Also can't miss the tacos from Fonda moderna next door (their sister spot). When we have a drink our kids can play outside on the patio, hit a ping pong, or ride their scooters in the park. Overall a great spot!“

“Living in the boonies of San Diego Co has benefits…(no traffic jams)…but few awesome perks…(like Tiki bars!!) Luckily the gods aligned, in Orange Co, and our last stop was the Stowaway. Intriguing, dark-painted, one small door marked the front of a strip-mall establishment… hmmm…sorta scary…but not really!! But there were two of us, and we had researched this place…so… The doorman looked at us, said a few things and unlocked a chain. We walked through curtains into the darkest bar I had ever been in, and shuffled toward the green lit bar…which turned red, then blue. The girl bartender handed us a card which we couldn’t read…it was really dark inside. From the shadows, up walked a bearded guy wearing a black shirt with hibiscus’s, smiled, extended his hand and said, “Hi, I’m “WILL”…can I explain anything to you? We had lots of questions…about drinks, Tiki ceramics, glassware, appetizers…and WILL cheerfully explained everything…He was fun, cheery, smart, and So Nice!! He brought us amazing drinks (a Tropical Margarita, a Cococano and totally fun ceramic sculptures from which to drink…an Angler Zombie Fish with a light, and Carved Volcano mug that had a flame show-by WILL, included!! Awesome!!) Totally wonderful décor…lights, bamboo furniture, comfy stools, the Skull Cave and waterfall, starry night ceiling, cool pool tables with lotsa room around them…everything thought through perfectly!!! We are definitely going back…VERY soon!!!! Thanks so much for everything, WILL!!“

“Great little place to have a quick drink or spend a Friday or Saturday night. They have multiple TV sets for watching the game,two pool tables and an old school shuffle board .the place is clean and even they bathrooms were kept clean and fresh.The bartender was a beautiful young woman with an affectionate smile and was busy and still made sure to c g neck on her customers and make sure they were good.i would recommend this spot over any other in the Tustin area come down to nite it's always funn“

“It's your typical neighborhood dive bar. A number of beers on tap and a good selection of cans and bottles. Daily specials are on point. The bartenders are all young and cute and everybody knows your name.There are two dart boards pool table and giant connect four.Plenty of flat screens are available to watch your favorite teams and a booming jukebox with all the jams!Parking is plentiful.The servers are amazing, especially Mckenna and Melissa.“

Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout planning stages with regular email exchanges and phone calls to ensure we were aligned in the food expectations and overall experience. The night of the event he was there onsite to ensure we had everything we needed and Savannah oversaw the service. She was impeccable and our 30+ guests were treated with great care and attention. “I was invited to their soft opening and went last night with a few friends. It's a new late night spot with small bites and drinks. Customer service was on point! Ron does an amazing job catering to clientele and providing great hospitality. He is truly interested in making sure customers are happy and open to ideas for any improvements! Drinks were good and strong. We had the Japanese old fashioned and lychee martini. Best part was it was buy one get one free! My favorite food was the wagyu and blue crab hand roll. It was a cool concept, they did a "reverse" hand roll and I especially loved that part because the nori was nice and crispy. Very innovative! Can't wait to return and try more of the menu items. They are going to incorporate bar food in the future and can't wait to see how it comes along. Also, they had good music selection!!!!“

“Showed up with my boy who was visiting from out of town. Never been to a lounge or bar in Santa Ana before. This is definitely the neighborhood spot, but they made me and my friend feel like regulars.

Claudia hooked it up with the libations. She made it happen. I mean you won’t get Clase Azul here but you’ll get first class food and service.

I had no idea the food was going to be on point as it was and it surprised me. You expect bar food, but this food is on another level. Fresh made tortilla chips served hot with mouth watering and juicy tacos. I had the asada and al pastor. Served hot and fresh.

Claudia and the chef Josh made it real nice for the experience. I highly recommend if you’re in Santa Ana. It’s dark in there so when we came out the doors at 5p you definitely need sun shades or time to adjust.

“Topside is such a fun rooftop bar in Newport. I missed the sunset when I went last weekend but the view from up there is still beautiful. They have a DJ playing mellow tunes, low-key and relaxing, though requests are not allowed and the volume stays moderate. The crowd is a nice mix of old and young, giving it a lively yet chill vibe.

We were seated right under the heat lamp so it was surprisingly warm and cozy. The Photo Booth added an extra element of fun to the night. Drinks and snacks were great too, perfect for a casual evening with friends. Definitely recommend checking it out.“

“By far one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Let's start with the BBQ carrots — I never knew carrots could taste this good. They've got a slight kick and come with an incredible sauce. It's a generous appetizer, definitely shareable. We ordered the Chicken Piccata with a side of Cacio e Pepe, and it was hands-down the best Chicken Piccata I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, and the caper sauce was out of this world. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “Feels like you’re in a NY loft bar and privileged to have the only rooftop view of south Orange County. Bartenders are top notch and make you feel welcome. Food is well planned with a cultured menu emphasizing the Asian diversity of the area. I cannot get enough of the calamari and the Spectrum Sunset cocktail. Also, a lovely hostess named Sasha greets you upon arrival which just sets the mood.“

The oaxacana bowl is not great. Sweet potato is chopped uncomfortably small, my brain processes each chunk as a carrot and I become afraid. The flavors do not blend very well together -- red onion is overpowering. The shrimp are well seasoned! The fig & lemon cocktail is nice but tastes nothing like fig. There is a big lemon chunk, which is aesthetically unappealing but appreciated. Solidly okay experience.“

First, I personally am very picky with my alcoholic drinks and this place made one of the BEST drinks I’ve ever had. I ordered the pumpkin punch, which I thought was going to be sweet but it was so uniquely sweet without being overpowering. I would recommend this to EVERYONE.
