“We had sesame chicken and a bento box with orange chicken, cucumbers, and rice. Myself and our two growing teen boys shared those two dishes and it was plenty of food. Both chicken entrees had good bold flavor, nice quality chicken, and crispy outside. Rice was good flavor and just the right sticky-ness. Cucumbers are sooooo good.“

The kids working the counter lack social interaction skills and weren't really helpful in explaining the selection options making the service a bit underwhelming, but if you can get past that and figure out what combinations you want for the varying types of corn dogs they make, you can really get some decent food. A little pricey for corn dogs but they do taste like quality is a priority. No real place to chill and eat there (literally just two tables outside the front door) so definitely better to take out.“

“This has been my go to flame broiler for the last year, I’ve always had a wonderful experience specially when Ashley is there! Ashley gives great customer service, though a little shy at first she is very sweet and polite. As soon as I get through the door she is so welcoming. Looking at the most recent review I hope that is not the reason why she will no longer be working here, knowing Ash for the last year there is no way that review can be about her and I am so sad to hear she will no longer be working here, she was a bright light to this establishment :(
Also, the person who posted the one star review about horrible customer service leaves one star reviews everywhere she goes. I have received nothing but great customer service here, but maybe it’s time I go somewhere else.“

Parking: there's a small parking lot right out front but you can park in the huge lot on the other side and walk around the building as well if needed

Kid-friendliness: people bring kids here all the time. the food is pretty simple (kid friendly) and the restaurant is welcoming“

“I stopped by the Taco Bell recently, and I was really impressed with how quick and friendly the service was! The staff greeted me right away and made sure my order was correct before handing it out, which I really appreciate. The restaurant was clean, including the dining area and drink station, and everything looked well-stocked. I tried the Crunchwrap Supreme and a Baja Blast, and both were fresh and delicious — the lettuce was crisp, and the tortilla was perfectly toasted. The only small suggestion I’d have is to double-check that sauces are included in takeout bags, since mine didn’t have any. Other than that, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon.“

“The service was great! Dante helped me make my order. Wasn't sure what grilled chicken sandwich to get and he helped me pick a good one for my boss. Also, after I placed my order, he helped me with my app to ensure I was getting my points and the best deal available. He even helped me use a handy coupon, along with giving me a couple more for my next visit.
The store was clean. The restroom was clean and well stocked. All in all, a great visit!

“The Jack in the Box in Tustin brand new super nice.. friendly and clean.. I've only ever had a problem at other Jack in the boxes, they don't have the same deals, the one on El Toro and the one in Laguna Beach they seem to have different deals or no deals at all....“

“First time to a Taco Bell in over a decade. I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive-thru. Ordering on the app had no apparent value in terms of speed of order preparation. Some stupid AI bot tried to take my order or something when I first got there. It was like trying to yell at an auto attendant on the phone to get them to put a human on the speaker.

I haven't had Taco Bell for a while because I prefer del Taco. I still do. Taco Bell's taco meat is just a little too rank. I will say: their offerings were fairly filling, especially with a discount for using the app for the first time.

I will probably only go back for the same reason I chose it this time: it was the most convenient thing on the way home and I didn't want to get out of my car“

Stopped in here with a friend for lunch his treat. He ordered us x2 buttery smashed jack burgers. Food was delicious. Customer service at an all time high. Staff kind, friendly, and helpful. Dining area clean and prepped, or in use. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“The ice cream over there is the best Ice cream I've had. Plus, I tested it out and it does in fact, stay upside-down. You can see in one of my photos I took by myself. Anyway, try their ice cream and maybe even try their sandwiches. I've never ate their sandwiches, but it could be delicious.“

“Waba Grill already left a good spot in my heart from the first time I tried them at their Portola Location and this time they still didn’t disappoint!

I ordered my food in-store at about 4:46p and was assisted by Abby at the front counter. The lobby and place is so clean and well put together. Abby was very sweet and kind and friendly and she helped me fairly quickly. I came in for their Waba Steak & Chicken Rice Bowl and 5 Dumplings. I didn’t realize I came in during Waba Grill’s Happy Hour and so Abby offered me a drink to go along with my 5 Dumplings.

I was curious about their NEW Drink Flavor: Dragonfruit Mango Lemonade and so I got that one.

My food was ready in about 7-8 minutes and Said (One of the chefs) was so kind and gentle and handed me my food and thanked me for coming in.

I ended up trying the Dragonfruit Mango Lemonade and my gosh, it is so sweet and tasty! I don’t think I’ve had Dragonfruit Lemonade juice before so this was a great refresher in the summer heat! I would definitely try it again!

Now, I was ready to eat on my Waba Rice Bowl when I noticed there wasn’t any steak on my bowl. I went in and let Said know and he didn’t hesitate. He went back and asked his chef (Alex) if he could make some fresh steak for my bowl.

Y’all, between Abby and Said and Alex, these hard workers definitely do go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied and taken care of! They definitely left a great enough impression for me to want to come back and support their business even further.

This location is about 45-50 minutes out from where I live, but it’s definitely worth the trip. From the food to the service.
