Tried this for the first time last night with 3 other couple + 1 middle school kid. We were all pleasantly surprised in a good way. We got 3 pots. Each pot have 2 separate soup base. I got the signature chicken broth and the spicy house beef broth. The spicy beef you can determine how spicy you like, we got the least spicy one but it's spicy enough in my opinion. We love hotpot and we definitely enjoyed our dinner at Malubianbian. They're known for skewers which makes you try a variety of meat instead of ordering a plate. I personally like the non-marinated ones than the flavored ones. Service is great. They're fast and helpful.
