“We were in town for business and decided to give Patrona a try. We found every aspect of our experience there to be exceptional. We both had the rib eye steak, but added on a couple appetizers, including the focaccia and the broccoli soup. So tasty! The steaks were tender and very flavorful - perfectly prepared, in our opinion, and for fun we ordered all three of their steak condiments. Really, everything was fantastic, and I have to include the service as well as she provided several helpful suggestions when ordering (including the tamarind margarita special!). Really, it was a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended.”

“While everyone is going to shots because of it’s old family name, we opted to go around the corner to a little Mexican food Café restaurant where the food is absolutely I have never had Mexican food so delicious and servings are just gorgeous a little bit more than what I can eat And my husband and I both have always enjoyed this solo place. “Black Oak is a cute, modern, trendy coffee shop with delicious drinks and food, and comfy couches and chairs that invite you to stay for a while with friends or family to chat! The staff is friendly, and service is fast. It’s one of my favorite spots to hang out at for a quick breakfast. They open at 6 am which is perfect for early birds. Highly recommend!”

Food was out really fast which helps with trying to get a quick bite. If you can handle lactose definitely get a milkshake, so good! (Especially the chocolate shake).

One thing to note is that the smoothie and coffee bar closes early, around 5:30 or 6 PM daily, so it’s best to stop by earlier in the day.

“Apparently this place started out specializing in hot dogs (hence the Mutt Hut) and you’ll note their regular menu still leads off with a list of hot dogs options. Somewhere along the way they ended up with more vegetarian and vegan options. The place definitely has a diner/local hangout vibe. Good food options at really reasonable prices.”

“This is a drive through with outdoor seating behind the shop. The coffee is very good. For the first time visitor, as you are heading south on S Main St, the building is on the right just past the Sinclair gas station so slow down when you get near the station. I passed up the coffee shop as it's a little hard to spot. It's worth a trip there. I'll try a smoothie next time.”

“I’m so obsessed with these snow cones that I’ll come up with any excuse to go to Costco in Ukiah, an hour from home, just so I can grab one. I order the exact same flavor every time. At this point, I’ve had enough of them to say with absolute certainty: when the older man makes it, it’s the best snow cone on earth. Perfect texture. Perky. Icy. Heaven.

But when the younger woman makes it, it turns out like snow cone soup. Very wet, no structure, just… wet slush. I’m assuming the snow all comes from the same machine, so I have no idea how his are so firm and refreshing while hers are so soupy.

The flavor’s great either way, so it’s still a treat, but for me it really throws the whole texture off and I’m bummed. Usually I go alone, so it’s not a big deal if it’s a “meh” day. But one time I hyped these up like crazy and brought my teenager along. She handed us two cups of soup, and I had to convince him I wasn’t lying about how amazing they usually are.

Still obsessed. Just hoping I catch the right snow cone artist next time.”

“I love Mama’s! Today I went in to grab one of their amazing breadsticks and they didn’t have any. Instead I grabbed a maple pecan scone and it was the best scone I’ve ever had. I’m in scone heaven.”

“The food and drinks are delicious and the servers are nice.

They have a new dessert which isn't on the menu yet: fried ice cream. It is a big scoop of vanilla ice cream covered in batter and fried. They drizzled some chocolate on it after frying it. It was delicious, and the breading tasted like a donut😋.

We also got an appetizer of super nachos, which were delicious as well. I got some quesabirria tacos, which surprisingly didn't have much cheese, despite being named after cheese (queso)?🤨 They had a lot of beef though, and were really delicious, especially with the birria, lime, and veggies on the side. The salsa they came with was too spicy for me, though. The quesabirria plate didn't come with rice and beans, so I had to order some on the side. They were really good, though.

I also got some agua de piña, which was delicious. They also have agua de jamaica and horchata.

The chairs are really big. They have cushions, so they are comfy. The tables are nice. Most of the food came on plates with pictues on them, which was nice. The chips and salsa at the beginning came with red salsa, green salsa, and a brown dip that tasted like beans and meat, maybe bacon? It was really good.”

“4.5 Stars. One of the best bars in town, hands down! I've been coming to this place for almost 20 years. Best vibe. They used to have a free shuttle but it got shut down. Def should bring that back! Biggest draught beer selection in town. Love it when they have events, which they should have more of. Now with the delicious restaurant there too, it's pretty great. Only thing I absolutely dislike is that they brought that stupid punching game in. It makes bros get extra Chaddy on busy nights. That's just a general rule that has never let me down, so I avoid places on busy nights that have that game, no matter where I go.”

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian sandwiches, egg bites, and potato bites. They have some vegan stuff as well.

Dietary restrictions: They have various nondairy milk options for the drinks. They also have gluten-free foods, such as the egg bites and potato bites.

Parking: This starbucks is in a little strip mall with its own parking lot, so there is plenty of parking.”

“Our family with 5 of us visited to Ukiah, CA early this month Sept 2023. We dined in The Lotus restaurant and all of us were pleased with the friendly & great service, so delicious foods and awesome Sushi which we did order. The total cost was not expensive at all, only almost $100 for about 5 dishes & 2 Sushi orders. The restaurant is not a big place, but it looks very nice, clean and cozy environment. We strongly & highly recommend this place to everyone.”

“Stopped by here on both ends of our trip to San Diego. The food was delicious and there was a bigger selection than expected. Prices were decent, I believe it was under $30 for two plates and 5 fountain drinks. The dining area was clean, air conditioned and easy to navigate. The bathroom was spotless and the outdoor seating was a nice option to have.
This will definitely be a road trip stop next time we head down south.

Parking: Lots of parking options on the back side of the shopping center. This location also has drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: The main path to the counter and down to the register should allow a wheelchair without issue. There were a few tables set up specifically to accommodate a wheelchair.”
