Vegetarian options: The falafel sandwich and yellow lentil dal soup r my go-to's.

Dietary restrictions: This type of food can be spicy, but the falafel and dal soup r not. I'm sure they will accommodate ur taste buds if u tell them to hold the heat.

Parking: There has been a lot of building construction in the immediate area the past few years so, if ur GPS fails to locate it for u just call them and they'll talk u thru how to get there once ur close enough by.

Kid-friendliness: I see plenty of kids there whenever I go.“

The gentleman who helped us was not only kind but clearly passionate about what he does, and we enjoyed a great conversation with him. The food was fantastic—the chicken shish and lamb combo plate was so flavorful and tender, rice so tasty. Don’t leave without trying the baklava and my sister and I will be back for the Turkish tea and coffee; they’re an absolute treat. Thank you!“

“Went for a birthday party on a Sunday night. The staff was nice and the Afghan food was yummy. Lots of food, dancing and music. Had a very good time. The qaubli rice and the kebabs were good. Especially the chicken which was tasty and moist. Often chicken kebab is a bit dry but they cook it just right at Maiwand Village. My son loves it and likes the Chapli too. I love the pakora (sliced,battered and fried potato).“
