Service was relatively quick, and this is near the Cinemark theater, so a good place to eat if you don't like hot dog and pretzel theater food and have little time. Minimal seating, but most people take To Go literally, so not an issue.Vegetarian options: I usually order the provolone and avocado sandwich with lettuce and other veggies.“
“i thought i updated this review but it didn't? anyway i still think this place is great cuz u will eat healthily and have the closest to a zero chance of any stomach issies ive had with any restaurant, and the only issue i've ever had tbh have been other rude customers who seem like they want to start a fight. personally that is not an issue for me but the workers here have to deal with these sort of people often. what i am updating and docking a star for is the fact they dont open until 8:30 and it says online and on the window 7:30 and thats a huge discrepency for anyone willing to make an early trip to this restaurant for breakfast. the owner needs to handle such corrections on his store page and on the window. the other lady is right he already has this placed understaffed he needs to have some dignity somewhere“
“I came across this place while I was door dashing. The menu was unique and the sandwiches sounded good. I got the Tom & Jerry on a Dutch Crunch roll. It came exactly how I ordered it and tasted amazing. There is plenty of sauce on it which I love. The bread was nice and soft too! I wish there was one closer to my house. I'd probably eat here more often. Definitely gonna order again.“
“Ok folks, many deli places have a BBQ sandwich or two but believe me when I say the handmade sauce provided here is among the very best I've had and I make my own and wish it turned out as good as Pop's. The food is rivaled by the friendly, polite, and courteous staff who make one feel they are being served as though you were family. This little gem is tucked away in the heart of an Industrial area in Hayward so lunch time can be a bit busy but the food is worth the little bit of waiting. No matter what sandwich I've had over the years I'm never disappointed as they are all freshly made and they do not skimp on portions. Great food and at a better than reasonable price. “Stopped by for quick bite and this place turned out to be amazing. I tried dabeli which was as authentic as you can get outside India and anjeer milkshake tasted amazing with right amount of sweetness.Owner is super friendly and he shared that they customize their bread and it has no preservatives added to it.Place is well maintained and very clean. “I'm so excited we finally have an Ike's location close enough for local delivery! Ike has built a network of locations through hard work and great sandwiches. This location is no different. I love that I can go into any physical location and order my favorite sandwich, even if it is not on the app or doordash. That's also my only beef- I wish I could order any of the sandwiches online. My fav is only available in store. That's okay cause that just means I gotta want it! The ingredients are always fresh and the bread is excellent. They even have a way to order less bread where they scoop out the middle. Helps me cut out a few carbs and calories which I appreciate. Favs: - Steph Curry - Madison Bumgarner - Matt Cain They add a lollipop which is a fun surprise in every bag. They also sell my most favorite cookies of all time- Sweet Street Salted Caramel. “I used to eat here all the time when I was a kid and I remembered it as a great place for a good burger. I’ve heard this place changed ownership and wanted to see if it’s still good as I remember. I got the Double Bulky Bacon Cheeseburger, with Fries and a butterscotch milkshake. I have to say the burger did not let me down. It was a pretty good size burger the meat was still juicy inside and it was a bit messy with their burger sauce but it added good flavor. It had shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles as well. The fries were shoestring that was lightly seasoned with salt and they were still a little soft not too crispy which I like with those fries. If you like them crispy ask for them to be well done. The butterscotch milkshake was nice and thick, just wish it had more butterscotch flavor. Overall I really enjoyed everything and as far as price wise with all the price hikes everywhere else, it’s still a good deal for its price.“

We had the King Hawaiian pork sub, meatball sub, Italian sub, a loaded potato soup and Ofcourse the Gatlic bread. All were good. A few more bread options would’ve been good though.“
“My second time eating here and it was just as great as the first. I work nearby and it's easily accessible by walking and also plenty of parking along E. 14th st.Today I ordered the BLT. Normally I would get the egg salad, but I saw they use cream cheese in the BLT and I had to try it. The sandwich overall was great, but the cream cheese really gave it a nice, creamy, cheesy texture which I enjoyed. The sandwich came to about $12 or so and was well worth it.They also have a few tables inside and it seems busy in the afternoon. If you're not a fan of cream cheese, i'd suggest the egg salad here, its awesome too!Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample room for a wheelchair to both enter and seat at a table.“

“The best sandwiches anywhere. We do not have one within an hour of my home. So whenever we go to the Bay area we make sure to stop off at this one in pleasanton. Friendly staff and the sandwiches are made perfectly. I just wish they made the Marrakech sandwich on the permanent menu so other people can enjoy it. You have to ask for it..“

“This place was great! The food was good, service was pleasant, and I loved the pictures of old Town Hayward on the wall. But best of all is that they gave us glass jars for our drinks and served us on a real plate. No needless waste. Fantastic.Vegetarian options: They had a number of veg items. I am vegetarian and had the Del Monte Special, which was really good. Didn't feel like they skimped just because there was no meat. Great job.“

“I tried the Chicken Santa Fe Salad and it was super yummy!The sauce that goes with the salad is very rich and creamy. It is a little bit spicy but tolerable. My husband and I went right before they closed. The place was clean and although they were closing soon the guy that took our order was very polite and nice. He seemed genuine when he smiled at us. We went back a few days after and most likely will continue to go back. The price is fair for the large salad. Customer service was great. The place was clean.
