“hello guys I am a famous food critic living in the foster city area. and I have went here multiple times and I have to say the food here is great and the ambient is great . normally I get a turkey sandwich with American cheese lettuce and tomatoes but I have recently started getting different items from their menu and I have to say everything in this menu is very great especially the safari sauce.“
“It's now closed for good. Really sad. The owner came off as testy and grumpy. But when you got to know him a bit, he was truly an alright guy. A clerk at Safeway said that rents recently were increased for shopping center tenants. And it's been an on-going issue for them to get workers who stuck around. I wish the best for him and his employees.“

“A lil pricey for a sandwich but very good stuff. Nice fresh sourdough; the bread was soft and had a nice slight crunch to it. The original (ham and turkey) was tasty and came with cheese. I saved half for the next day and it was still delicious. Somehow even better when cold. The crust sourdough dip with warm au jus (roast beef) was amazing. The roast beef was so tender! It was worth it. I also really enjoyed the bacon jam; I didn't know what to expect but I enjoyed the bit of sweetness and caramelized onions in it. Really solid! The bread also held up nicely when dipped into the au jus. The cookies are not too bad; I tried the lemon and it smelled great. Taste was good too but unfortunately it was a lemon cookie with coconut shavings inside (which was not mentioned) and I'm not the biggest fan of coconut! The interior is nice and spacious. They are located in an office space.“
“Chill, local-style deli with extremely good sandwiches. I ordered a toasted Italiano. Hella tasty, and the veggies were still perfectly crisp after the drive home. Think I demolished it in under 10 minutes. 10/10 will come again when I'm in the area.“
“A hidden gem and great sandwich spot overall. I called ahead to place an order for my sandwich and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I heard the wait can be up to 30 minutes so try to plan accordingly if it's lunch hour! I got the Turkey sandwich with everything on it which comes with a great garlic spread and fresh vegetables and bread. Staff is always very friendly whenever I come here, and the ingredients are always fresh. Keep in mind the limited hours during the day. Definitely recommend!“
“We stopped here for a quick bite after arriving in SFO and had to hit the road to go to Napa. Delicious sandwiches and although this place had a beachy vibe. It was really quiet and staff didn't seem terribly friendly or welcoming but our party of four just wanted to get some food and leave anyway.“

There were at least 4 bites of the sandwich that were almost entirely bread. Either cut the bread smaller or add more filling.“

Conveniently located in an easily accessible place for corporate workers and near lots of accessible parking makes for a great lunch spot during work hours.Many workers in my office come here for a quick lunch, and there's a reason that people come back so often. The prices are very worth the serving size, and the quality of food is always very fresh!There is inside and outside seating (inside has very nice ambience, and it's pretty quiet outside).My go-to is the Bacon Cheeseburger or the Wedgie Salad with Flank Steak. “Nice new deli in San Bruno - love the bread. They have tons of options or you can create your own - which I did. I have the roast beef with all the regular condiments except jalapeños or onions. They pack a lot of meat in those sandwiches. They have drinks and many types of chips. They will make your sandwich hot if you like as well. Very friendly customer service. The place is clean and well kept. Give this place a try and support your local delis!“

“We were nearby and decided to drop in for lunch. Place was pretty busy. Almost chaotic if you've never been there before. You tell them what you want and they'll just start asking the questions though. Not too hard to navigate but gotta be quick. There's not much room to stand around and stare at the menu (which is pretty expansive) so I ordered my favorite sandwich. A tuna sandwich! I got it on wheat with their jalepeno garlic sauce. I notice they didn't ask if I wanted cheese when I started eating it which kind of sucked, but the tuna is super tasty. Well seasoned and they really pack it on. It was huge. I enjoyed one whole half, but when I got to the second half that jalepeno spread was starting to be overpowering. I'd ask them to go light next time, but not bad at all. The side pasta salad was not as great but it came with the sandwich which was fine. They also have a nice salad bar I'd be down to try on my next trip!“

Karen, Dan, their kids and their awesome team knock it out of the park every time I am there with their welcoming environment and fantastic food. Nobody on the staff of Bonne Sante is throwing temper tantrums and their food is not oil drenched as others are suggesting (unless you request it). I highly recommend Bonne Sante with zero reservation. In fact, I am heading over to Bonne Sante today for a delicious sandwich and great company.“

The food was fresh and wrapped so well it stayed warm even after waiting for the shuttle for almost forty minutes. The man behind the counter was so welcoming and helped me find my way to the shuttle stop when I was beyond lost. Overall 100/10 service. Portions felt a little small (sandwich loaf) and the avocado was covered in tajin. Couldn't find the option to remove tajin on the menu-iPad, but the picture made it look like only a little tajin was going to be added. Took a little while to navigate their software, asked for my phone number but staff called my name when it was ready, no text. Once ordered food was fast! Solid place, would go back and try to customize my order more.“

“Due to the rainstorm, I didn't want to go very far for food and opted for the nearby cafe. The Café was open and pretty much empty (understandable because I'm sure most people were working from home instead of trying to drive into work). I ordered the croissant and a banana nut muffin. The muffin, you can request to be warmed which I opted for. The egg, cheese, and bacon croissant was delicious, and I would order again. But I am curious about the other items on their menu, especially when it comes to the latter half of the day. There was a lasagne on there that I'm super curious about.“
