Seating is tight inside but probably could fit 10-15, and there is more seating outside. Feels kind of lame that they charge a few cents more for a wheat tortilla.“

“This is the best Jersey Mike’s in the entire state of California!! As soon as we walk in everyone is just beaming, smiling from ear to ear, everyone behind the counter was just lovely to talk to. Additionally, there were so accommodating to my wife who has celiac. They were so cheerful, and happy to accommodate her dietary needs. And it didn’t make the situation feel like a burden or a hassle at all. The food was delicious, served and ready to go out the door really fast. “I continually have a great experience at Mendocino Farms! Their food is terrific and always fresh. Portion sizes seem reasonable for the price.

“A cute little neighborhood flatbread spot that has quickly become one of our go-to casual bites in San Mateo. As the name suggests, everything here is made with sourdough, which gives their flatbreads a really distinctive flavor and texture.

The menu is simple with just a few signature options, but they do them extremely well. The crust is super thin and crispy — which honestly makes all the difference — and the toppings are always fresh and juicy. My personal favorite is the mushroom flatbread, which I highly recommend if you’re visiting for the first time.

The space itself is simple and clean with efficient indoor seating. Nothing fancy, just a comfortable neighborhood vibe. They also have a small outdoor table, which is great for people like us who bring our dog babies along.
