FIVE On The Hill in Universal City was TERRIBLE!! It’s an overpriced, under seasoned restaurant in the parking lot. The server TONY was absolutely rude. The food was bland and cold after being run from the hotel and through the parking lot.
Did I mention they changed $58 for a $19 bottle of MJB Wine.

the view is good.the staff are amazing its just a great vibe.it makes u feel like ur on vacation but ur an hour away from home...plus I love the decor and the paint and sip!!!!
These Burgers are bomb, the service is great, drinks a ++, and the icing on the cake is the gentleman playing all genres of music, on his guitar, AMAZING talent! Live music makes a whole bunch of difference!

The restaurant has a beautiful setting with an amazing aesthetic, and the outdoor dining area features plenty of tables. Customers have enjoyed the delicious food, with the braised beef dish being outstanding, and many praise the exceptional service. The view from the restaurant is amazing, adding to the overall atmosphere. Parking can be a bit challenging, as the lot is in a parking lot and parking validation is available. Reservations are recommended because it gets very busy. The restaurant has a no-tipping policy, which some guests find confusing, especially when staff make comments about tips, but others appreciate the straightforward approach. The food was on point and the place is nicely decorated. The ambience was better than expected. The champagne flight was good. However, service could've been a little bit more attentive and they charge a convenience fee or facility fee which is a little more than 15% of the entire bill. The food was extremely salty, especially the fish. The food needed seasoning.
