1/2/2023: The coffee at this Starbucks is on par with the usual standard, and the ambiance maintains that familiar feel. However, the customer service aspect left much to be desired. Our initial encounter with the cashier was marred by agitation, as he loudly declared that each coffee would take an extensive 20 minutes to be prepared. Love the new Starbucks at Universal CityWalk. The place was super busy! The wait to get your drink was approximately 15 minutes. The ambiance is live with lots of laughter and great music to listen to while waiting for your drink.

Perhaps they are short of manpower; the queue is long, and the cashier has to prepare beverages as well. We waited for nearly 20 minutes for a drink.By the way, the staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful.
