“Glad I found Tony's French Dips in Downtown Pomona. I was lucky enough to meet the owner that still makes the sandwiches the right way. They have been open since the 1950's and still serving the Pomona community with their amazing sandwiches. I had the 50/50 Pastrami and Beef dip, both are amazing the Pastrami with mustard and pickles had to be my favorite and the dip was perfect! Come to Tony's French Dip!“
“"Iconic" is the word that comes to mind when thinking about the Centro Basco. I'm no spring chicken, but this establishment has been around longer than I have. I'm a huge fan of the iconic shared boarder's dining table reminiscent of popular dining options in the Basque Country. As for iconic dishes, where else can you find the fabulous beef tongue and tomato appetizer? And of course iconic desserts such as Basque cheesecake or euskal pastela/gateau basque/pastel vasco. And the homemade flan! In spite of the Centro Basco's popularity, everyone is treated as a regular.“
“I had the Chocolate crepes with strawberries, vanilla ice cream (la mode), and milk. It was tasty good and I enjoyed it. I did have to wait a while as at the time they were short staffed as they posted on their counter. But it was only 8 minutes. There was limited seating as it was packed. Other than that, I had a good experience here as a crepe lover.“
“I have eaten here about 3 times with my coworkers and absolutely loved it every time. It's a small restaurant but the employees are so kind and are very attentive! The owner is a great guy and always takes care of us. Also, I totally recommend ordering the soufflé!! I can't wait to go back next time with my friends and family (: I've also tried 3 different items each time I've come and enjoyed each! (:Pictured are: French onion soup and a ratatouille crepe.Video: The SouffléParking: There's is one parking spot in the front by the restaurant with a sign that says "for dine in customers at "Le Gourmet". Other than that, parking is free everywhere else!“
